It is not uncommon for that popup for the Table Manager icon to be different than your session on the sessions tab. If the differences are significant, please reproduce the problem and email a screen shot to support@holdemmanager.com with a link to this thread and your forum name - http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/gen...screenshot.htm

It sounds like one of your HUD configs, possibly one that is newer/lower down in the list, is set for HU tables and is taking over when you get HU.

This is usually because the Use For tab is improperly configured for one or more of your HUD layouts and/or you are not selecting the proper HUD from the Choose Configuration: drop-down menu. The Default HUD should be set to a site you never play, and make sure none of the other layouts have conflicting rules. Any time HM isn't sure which HUD to use, it will revert to the Default HUD (even if it is set to a site you never play).

If none of that helps, please email a link to this thread and your forum name, to support@holdemmanager.com

Please attach your holdemmanager.config and prefs.xml file from C:\Program Files(x86)\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config. If your extensions are off you'll just see a file called holdemmanager and prefs. Windows hides 'known file extensions' by default. http://www.granneman.com/techinfo/wi...howextensions/

No, the closest thing to that would be HUD Options > Additional HUD Filters > Last X Months

If you double-click the note icon (*) in the player's HUD it will change to their current session stats, instead of showing their lifetime HUD stats.

Yes, you will receive a free upgrade to HM2/OM2. Once you have purchased HM1/OM1 you can upload your code and request a beta code for HM2. There is still a waiting list so it may take some time until you are able to use HM2.

I also have been told that the redline goes by a 65/35 payout, whereas Merge supers use a 70/30 payout, but there's no way that makes more than a few BI difference.

I am sorry for the problems. This is a known issue the developers are working on already, but I do not have an ETA for a release yet.

Once it is released it will be posted in our Releases sub-forum - http://forums.holdemmanager.com/releases/

HUD works for current session only. Player names are still obfuscated. If someone leaves their seat and someone else sits down the numbers will keep on calculating based on the current session for that seat number.

Please update to 1.12.01: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe
Which site and gametype are you playing?
The tablemanager doesn't count the hands 100% accurate for all sites. The important thing is what is displayed in the reports.

I installed the latest update and it claimed to fix the Homer Simpson "doh" exclamation appearing as a statistic in my hud, but it did not.

Also, a lot of times when I get to the bubble or hu in a sng, a new hud popup appears but behind the old one and the old one stops updating hands. So what I do is drag the new one out from under the old one but, playing a few tables, esp. hu a lot of times i won't notice how my opponent is playing hu because those stats start appearing in the new hud window, for both myself and my opponent, 'neath the old one. Help?

This is on Carbon btw.

The "doh" is still not solved 100% - as a workaround you can enable "use oldstyle popup" for the hud stats. In this style it should work.
Your other problem sounds a bit strange - please send screenshots of the tables and table manager with link to this thread to support@holdemmanager.com

Your license is valid for 2 of your computers at a time. To reset your license to use it on a new computer: Create an account on our homepage www.holdemmanager.com (if you not already have one there). Login and enter your key. You will now see functions (Reset all profiles) to reset your license key.

Here's a link to his forum thread: http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/45...01/index4.html

I'll quote him: "What makes all this difficult is that HEM hasn't provided me any documentation on the import format, parsing requirements, a template of what they are looking for, nothing despite three requests. Maybe if enough of their customers told them they should they might. Hint, hint."

You need to request and import any/all your tournament histories and import those to HM. Stars did not write the tourney summaries to your hard drive in the past, like FTP did. They recently added this feature, so please enable the option in the PokerStars client and add the folder to your Auto Import Folder Configuration.

http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...er+Stars+Setup

Email support@pokerstars.com and ask for ALL your old Hand Histories and Tournament Summaries.

They will send you an email with links to zip files of your hand histories. Download all the zip files. Right-Click > Extract the contents of each zip file to a new folder. HM > Import From Folder for all of the unzipped hands.

The tournament summaries should be attached to the email as .htm files. Download the attachments. HM > Import File(s) for all of those files. It will probably ask you to search/select your Pokerstars screen name. If the files are sent as .html you will need to rename them (Right-Click > Rename) from .html to .htm extensions.

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Pokerstars right? Where is stars writing the hands? Make sure it is NOT to C:\Program Files (x86)\PokerStars\HandHistory because the windows UAC will cause problems.

Make sure you are using the \users\.. path as shown in our FAQs - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...er+Stars+Setup

If you can't see it, turn off the windows option that is hiding that directory. http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...FilesInWindows

I'm assuming this shouldn't be happening.

I guess the next auto-import imports a summary file or something like this and overwrites your manual input.

Uncheck "Import from Subfolders" in the auto-import settings.

Move the gamehistory.dat file your \hmarchive folder and import it via Import From File(s).

Try a new session with auto-import. A new handhistory file should be generated.

Downloaded the latest HM1 update and now my HUD doesn't appear on fast 6 max cash tables. It works as normal on regular tables. Haven't tried ante tables yet.
