Please send your Reg.log file from the C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Logs folder. If your Windows is hiding known file extensions the file will simply be called 'reg'.

Make sure the
Use For tab is improperly configured for all of your HUD layouts. You also want to be sure you are selecting the proper HUD from the Choose Configuration: drop-down menu, when making changes tot he Use For tab.
The Default HUD should be set to a site you never play, and make sure none of the other layouts have conflicting rules. Any time HM isn't sure which HUD to use, it will revert to the Default HUD (even if it is set to a site you never play).

I havent used bodog in a while, but I can recall having problems during bodog remote support sessions once or twice.
Add your screen name to HUD Options > Setup Hero Names...
Bodog auto-centers you, so you should be able to just adjust the settings under HUD Options > Site Options > Preferred Seating for 6 max, etc.
Configure your pokerclient preferred seating and seating preferences in HM accordingly.

1) Open one Table, play at least one hand.
2) Move the stats with the right mouse key to the correct positions.
3) Table manager -> File -> Save positions
4) Now you can open further tables but you will always have to play at least one hand for the stats to be moved to the correct positions.
If you are still having problems, you can try the following:
Try to set all the HUD Options > Seating Preferences > Bodog to ' - ' (Null).
Then try: HUD Options > Player Preferences > Choose Configuration > pick the applicable HUD config > Appearance tab > Fix My Stats Position
That will lock the hero HUD in the top left corner of each table.
If still having problems, try the following:
1) Export any custom HUD configs and Copy/Paste your \Config folder before deleting any files as a backup.
2) Close HM and the Table Manager.
3) Delete your existing HUD Prefs files, so HM will rebuild them to default.
4) Delete > \Holdem Manager\Config\prefs.xml, pospref.txt, pospref2.txt, pospref4.txt, default.txt, and exenames.txt
5) Start HM< Auto Import, Open the Table Manager, and test on a single cash table.
Windows hides 'known file extensions' by default.
