There is no filtered export option on the database control panel yet. You will have to filter for the dates on the Hands tab. Once you have filtered the dates click the [x] All radio button to load all the hands. Left-click one hand in the list, then right-click that hand, and choose Export all Hands to hard drive.
Most people just import all of their hands to HM in one large database and use the filters to see what they need. It is usually easier than trying to maintain multiple databases.
now how can I delete duplicate hands? there is no the same sessions I can see..
Duplicate hands are ignored/skipped (quickly) when imported. They shouldn't actually appear in the various reports. If you are seeing the same hands twice in the reports/sessions, your database is likely corrupt, and I would suggest you create a new one.

Just wondered if Hem has issues with DoN Sit 'n Go's? After both had finished HEM hasn't collected all the data correctly,
I have the following problems in my tourney results screen.
- Both tourneys are still in not finished when they should be completed.
- Buyin is $1.10 apposed to $1 buyin with $0.10 in the rake section.
- Speed is down as regular when these were both turbos
- Times are wrong they are down as 9 and 7 minutes when they both took between 25-30 minutes.
I know I can email stars and request the information to manually sort these out this time, however its vitally important to me that HEM does its job going forward as I'm switching to tournament poker from cash and undergoing a challenge.
If anyone can help me out I'd be extremely grateful

Please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to

Thanks though!
I agree, I personally want EVERY hand I have ever played in my database, no matter how odd it may look. Filter by date, if you don't like to look at it every day, instead of using the All Hands date filter.

Did you update to the latest patch?
If both are yes, open table manager, click table, click table finder.
Highlight the table in the list, drag the red x to the table on your screen.
Click ok.
brky pretty much nailed it:
Please update to the latest release -
http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe
Make sure the hand histories and poker client are in English. Set your Windows Regional and Language Settings to English (US). Restart your PC.
Try the table finder -
http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...r+to+Show+HUD+
Make sure you follow the directions exactly.
Pick the table name in the table finder window to highlight it
If you don't see a table name listed, please drag the red X to the table and click OK. Open the Table Finder again and the list should be populated with the table name now, so you can select it.
Left-click and drag the red X to that table window
Click OK

Request these hands from FTP. Create a new DB, import that file.
Compare to the previous DB. Take screenshots. If they're not the same, post screenshots in here.
You should be able to do site time adjustment http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...e+Import+Times
For the last part, set your day starts at x:00

You can also try importing your recent archived hands now that you ae updated.
To get all your missed hands imported
1) Right-Click your Desktop > New > Folder.
2) Go to your \HMArchive folder - To verify the path, go to Options > Configure Auto Import Folders > Edit > Archive Folder: _________.
3) Open that folder and copy the hands (folders of hands) you think it has missed. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HMArchive\2009\07\31). Also get any hand files that are in your \poker site\hand history folder.
4) Paste them into your new desktop folder > HM > Import From Folder.
If you are at all unsure, I would first get your time zone settings and day starts at times set, then create a new database and request 'all' your hands/summaries from FTP support to import.
For the date/time issues:
It is a combination of issues when you are in a different time zone than your poker server, and play past midnight regularly.
If you play past midnight, and use the 'Today' filter often, you will want to adjust the Options > Settings... > Miscellaneous > Day Starts Time > 06:00 (or similar).
You want to leave your windows in your normal time zone, but you may need to use English formatting for date/time. To fix this you just need to change your Windows Regional Settings. Go to the Control Panel and open the Regional and Language Options and select English (USA) as the "Current Format".
The poker client needs to be in it's normal server time. For full tilt this EST.
If you are in GMT+0 you would be 5 hours ahead of the FTP server.
Set the Options > Settings... > Adjust Site Import Times > Full Tilt > Edit > 5
Now the hands will be written in their actual time and HM will adjust 5 hours to make them appear in your local time.

Thise big pot hands are in my pokerstars hand history but they fail to go to my holdem manager hand history.

Im running 1.11.05e . this shows as the latest on the HM website. if you have something newer please let me know thanks.
Make sure windows is fully updated and change your Windows Control Panel > Regional Settings Format to English (USA).
restart your computer
Did you try creating the new database? Do you get import errors? Same discrepancies? If the hands aren't being archived you may have some settings mis-configured.
Please
www.7-zip.org the hands (from your stars folder and recent archive) and email them to me at
fozzy@holdemmanager.net, with a link to this thread and your forum name.
Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files(x86)\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config. If your extensions are off you'll just see a file called holdemmanager.
