If it says Players (0) on the left sidebar you dont have any hands in the database.

Make sure windows is fully updated and change your Windows Control Panel > Regional Settings Format to English (USA).

Make sure your poker client and hand histories are in english.

If you still cant see or import the hands your database may be damaged.

*Try creating a new UTF DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...elete+Database
*Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...6+Export+Hands
*If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, export/import the hands from the old DB to the new DB, and export/import any player notes and tourney summaries - and then delete the old DB.
*Make sure you export/backup everything before deleting the old DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...+-+Backup+Tips

Did you import cash or tourney hands? Did you try shortening the date filter you are running a report for, to limit the data retrieved? Do you find hands on the Cash Games > Reports or Tourney > Reports if you search for yourself or others?

If you imported all tourney hands but are on the cash tab of the Players window, and dont see any stakes listed in the window it wont find anything. Try going to the Players > Tourney or Cash sub-tab

If that doesn't work, follow my steps above. Your database may just be damaged, especially if your windows formatting was not in English when importing.

If you get the same results/problems in a new database, please www.7-zip.org a sample of each of the hand types and email them to me at fozzy@holdemmanager.net, with a link to this thread and your forum name.

Thanks, Fozzy. All of my hand and player information is correctly in the database. All of the O8 SnG's imported correctly when I auto imported during the free trial. They just do not show up in the results unless I'm able to select "All Games," which I'm no longer able to do now that I have an Omaha license only and not the free trial which included all game types. I did just check the box for tournament summaries on Stars, though I'm not sure what difference that makes when I was able to see the results before.

I reinstalled HEM on a new computer, imported my old hands, and just started a session. HEM imported my new hands just fine, but when I go to the reports tab, it shows 0 hands played when I filter for my last session. I manually selected the HH files from the FTP directory to import, but HEM says 0 files found.

I had the auto import running and I'm 99% sure it said it was importing them.

Why isn't the reports tab showing anything? How can I fix this?

Edit: Tried again, and HEM is definitely importing the hands. But nothing is showing on the reports or session tabs. Yes, I have the right screen name set.

They should have also showed up in the past under O8 so I would hope they still would. Did you try creating a new database? it may be some weird bug that only happens when going from the trial to O8 specifically.

If the problem persists in a new database, Please email me at fozzy@holdemmanager.net, with a link to this thread, and your forum name, so we can schedule a Teamviewer session. Download the Teamviewer Quick Support Module - http://www.holdemmanager.net/teamviewer. Please let me know what time zone you are in and what time/days are convenient for you. I schedule support from 9:00 - 18:00 EST, 7 days a week.

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

Make sure windows is fully updated and change your Windows Control Panel > Regional Settings Format to English (USA).

Filter > Clear and then Filter > Use for all. Also try enabling the Options > Settings... > Miscellaneous > [x] Auto apply filter changes to all tabs

All Hands > sessions tab > do you see it now?

If you are using the Today/Yesterday type filters you need to be absolutely sure you setup everything properly for your situation and time zone.

If you often play past midnight you want to change your Options > Settings... Miscellaneous > Day Starts At > to something like 06:00

If you are not in the same time zone as full tilt you want to make sure you keep full tilt's clock set to ET and your windows clock set to your local time. Then go to options > settings... > adjust site import times > full tilt > edit > +/- the time difference. If you are 6 hours ahead of the full tilt clock you want to enter '6' or '+6'. If you are in California 3 hours behind it you would enter '-3'.

River Call Efficiency - Its calculated from the total pot amount divided by call amount on the river and again only includes called or check/called hands.

I am not sure what the ideal numbers would be. You could ask in the 6 max strat forums possibly. You could also check some of the various players in your database by using the Players tab and running some reports. Then you can right-click > view popup details window, to see a lot of their details and stats. The Analysis sub-window ranges are based on 6max cash hands.

You can also just right-click and select those players and view their details on the Reports tab. You can even create an alias and assign multiple villains to the alias on the players tab to combine all of their data under one alias and then view the details/reports of the alias instead of all the separate players.

HI - Is there anything that HEM can do that PT3 can't (vice versa)? On all the coaching vids everybody uses HEM ... why? I've been using pt3 for some time and I play 6m/nlhe - should I switch? What have I been missing by not using HEM?

thank you for the help.

I'm trying to get a .csv file of the chart of all my hands. Right now I can get it for the last 500 hands in the reports page, but when I choose all hands it times out before creating the data.

Any ideas?

I had to un-install and re-install HEM... can't seem to remove a little asterisk over my name which allows me note taking functionality on my own name... I don't want that there. Don't want to display any of my own hands. Also would like to remove the little box that shows who won the last 3 hands / amount they won. How can I do these two things?

This appears to work, let's hope it will when I import everything. This is the third time this week I've had to import my large DB. Third time's the charm.

I would test the DB for a few days before importing ALL your old hands. Maybe just import \2010 for now so you can play.

Quick (and also probably stupid) question, is there still a difference between DWM and Screenscrape in the Tables Preferences options? Or do the newest versions all automatically do DWM for rush poker? I ask because I've tried both options and can't tell. If they are different, is there any particular reason to use one over the other? Thank you

Those are only used if you have the [x] Use OCR to read text enabled. There should be no reason to use OCR for rush any longer.

If you are having problems with rush:

hud options > site options > full tilt > disable all of the options

options > configure auto import folders... > auto-detect > ok

Make sure your full tilt client is installed to the default \Program Files or \Program Files (x86) folders. We had someone recently with full tilt installed on a different partition with Rush HUD issues. Once he reinstalled to the default path on the C drive the Rush HUD worked.

This is usually because the Use For tab is improperly configured for one or more of your HUD layouts and/or you are not selecting the proper HUD from the Choose Configuration: drop-down menu. The Default HUD should be set to a site you never play, and make sure none of the other layouts have conflicting rules. Any time HM isn't sure which HUD to use, it will revert to the Default HUD (even if it is set to a site you never play).

Pick your custom HUD, go to the Use For tab and set it to Any Site, make sure none of the other HUDs are set to any of your sites.
