Please update huds asap (re stars tables) - that link does not go anywhere ATM. More server issues for the forums.

In fact, all HEM forum links are timing out.

You can try reimporting your archived hands, creating a new database and importing all your archives, or you could email your site (assuming stars/ftp) and ask for all your old hands and tourney results to import.

To get all your missed hands imported

1) Right-Click your Desktop > New > Folder.
2) Go to your \HMArchive folder - To verify the path, go to Options > Configure Auto Import Folders > Edit > Archive Folder: _________.
3) Open that folder and copy the hands (folders of hands) you think it has missed. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HMArchive\2009\07\31). Also get any hand files that are in your \poker site\hand history folder.
4) Paste them into your new desktop folder > HM > Import From Folder.

Yes, if there is no major hardware changes it will remember which profile it was. I reinstall HEM and use other licenses for testing, etc, and I often have the same experience when reinstalling.

Yes, I still haven't got a reply as to what is causing it, but if the license server is working normally now hopefully the forums will follow suit.

We have a working fix for the stars tables we are testing internally now. I would expect it to be released very soon.

I know you're already working on the HUD problem with the new stars tables, but I just a played quick session on the ante/deep PLO tables and I had some kind of import problem. I played 536 hands. 345 of them imported and 196 come up as import errors. I don't see any rhyme or reason as to what hands didn't import. Some hands imported from all tables, some heads up hands, etc.

I'm having a problem where HM is importing hands but not updating any of my tournament reports information.

For the stars issue

First Close Holdem manager, extract that zip file in the link below which contains hmhud.zip and masks.txt and put them in your holdemmanager folder, it will prompt to let you know those files already exist, select OVERWRITE and then restart HM and it should work

Since there issues with the forum ive put the file here for now but youll also see it here

ok i'm playing now and it's doing this:

i'm prob up about 100 rather than what it's claiming, and why is it registering hands twice at the bottom?

fozzy i've tried reimporting hands and unless i do them as single hands, one hand per file, it doesn't work. i def don't have digital aids, it's a clean win7 install

Tried this and it imported all of them again, but they still aren't showing up on the results tab. I have 652 hands, but my graph is only showing 6 tourneys. I'll send some examples to that email address.

I think they are working on it.

Also, the Stars update is causing problems in the data headers HHs for tourneys, might also for regular games.

I'm waiting for download with an official release.

I will come back and try to answer some of these unanswered posts after my next support session.

@ursine cotcher - create a new DB. Yours appears damaged.

*Try creating a new UTF DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...elete+Database
*Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...6+Export+Hands
*If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, export/import the hands from the old DB to the new DB, and export/import any player notes and tourney summaries - and then delete the old DB.
*Make sure you export/backup everything before deleting the old DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...+-+Backup+Tips

In addition to the previously mentioned down-time: The holdemmanager.com site will be offline ~4:30pm CST for 1-2 hours for server upgrades. This will affect the license server as well as the site/faq's.

Anyone with importing issues please send us some hand histories. If these are tournies on stars you need to include the corresponding results/summary files. Please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread, to support@holdemmanager.com

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.net/hmbetaupdate

Make sure you setup HM and Stars properly - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...er+Stars+Setup

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer (start > computer) and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right-click + Properties the executables and select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab. If you have Vista and the checkboxes are greyed out and you can't select it, please turn UAC on, reboot, and then set the files to run as administrator.

Make sure the hand histories and poker client are in English. Set your Windows Regional and Language Settings to English (US). Restart your PC.

Try the table finder - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...r+to+Show+HUD+

*If that doesn't help, please answer these questions - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...esn't+Work
*Post the answers in a new thread on the HM Forums - http://forums.holdemmanager.com/index.php
