Anyone know the cause/solution to this. The site in question is iPoker.

Edit: closing and re-launching the HUD did not fix the issue.
can you make sure UAC is disabled http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afm....aspx?faqid=73 and then if the problem persists Can you follow these instructions:

1) Make a backup of your C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder
2) Uninstall HM via the Control Panel
3) Go to Program Files and delete the RVG Software directory, or the equivalent for Vista
4) Reboot your computer
5) Install the complete setup of HM: http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/holdemmanager.zip
7) Download the latest patch HM: http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/HmUpdate.exe
8) Test if it for a while and see if it work
9) Close down Holdem Manager and copy the config folder from step 1 and copy and overwrite it to your C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder
10) Test if it works again for a while

In the graph section for tourneys played it shows some ridiculous money-made over the past few days (graph goes from 0-774$) - what am I doing wrong here? I've probably made 140$ during this period.

Sorry if this is obvious/ answered already, but thanks for any feedback.
You most likely have an old Beta, try updating to this version http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/HmUpdate.exe and then please export your hands from the old database http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afm...aspx?faqid=173 then create a new database http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afm...aspx?faqid=146 and reimport the hands into the new database

Is there any way to get HEM on my new laptop without having to repurchase HEM again?
If you know the key email it to morny@holdemmanager.net and ill reset the key, if you cant remember the key then email support@holdemmanager.net with your details and Roy will resend it

Small stakes works up to $22 buyins

FTP updated and so well be releasing a patch later that resolves the issues caused

Not individually but you can see the whole database size by right clicking and viewing the properties of this folder C:/Program Files/PostgreSQL/8.3/Data

I've cross posted this everywhere - CR, HEM Forums, Email HEM Support, I haven't even got as little as a response yet from anyone. I'm hoping someone here can help.

I'm looking for a "big blinds won" category for my stats. I want it to work the same way as "Net Money $" but I just want everything counted in big blinds.

For example, say if I won 150 big blinds at 5/10 but lost 100 big blinds at .5/1 the overall sum at the bottom would say I won 50 big blinds today.

Does anyone have any idea how to make that custom stat?

Copy this to your customstats.txt file in the Reports folder

<Stat ColumnName="big blinds" ValueExpressions="Sum(ph.NetAmountWon/1.0/GT.BigBlind) as TotalBBs" Evaluate="TotalBBs" ColumnHeader="Big Blinds" ColumnFormat="0.0" ColumnWidth="*" Tooltip="Big Blinds won" />

You probably need to performance tune your postgresql installation and turn off the logging collector also. I would guess you have 3 - 6gb of log files in your pg_log directory.

So I go through this series of things and it never hooks up with the database. What should I do now?

The machine runs 32 bit Vista Ultimate if that matters. As noted in the screenshot, user account control is, and always has been disabled.

any suggestions??

Now I used Manual Vaccum for the databases I got, they are still using 27gb of my harddrive. Also, I tried to performance tune post gre but I guess it will not affect the space the databases takes up atm. Is there anything else I can try ?

Did you follow fozzy's advise on checking for all the logs that tend to collect for PG?

Turning off the logging collector (as explained in the tuning thread) and deleting the existing/unessential logs that have collected will reclaim and save a lot of space.

You can also use a program like WinDirStat to quickly see what else is taking up space on your hard drive graphically. There may be other programs or old media files you can now delete/uninstall to reclaim hard drive space. Revo Uninstaller is a good programming for removing old programs you no longer use.

Any way to put a space between stats?

My HUD looks like this> (stat abbreviation)(number)(stat abbreviation)

I want it to look like this> (stat abbreviation)(number) (stat abbreviation)

I actually used WinDirStat to find out about the database size in the first place, when I run it now it tells me that my PostgreSQL folder size is 27.6 GB, that's after I deleted the log files.

I tried that several time like the FAQ tells but everytime I did it it seems like when I use HEM the data get changed back to "8, Poker.exe" and a "10, Poker.exe" at the end.

So I did this, and now it isn't recognizing any of the buy-ins for the SNG's I've played (it says for this month: "17.1 hours played/ $0.00 Winnings/ 44 Tourneys/ 44 Unknown Buyin)..

Starting to get really confused now..

IIRC a DB uses ~1gb per 100k hands or so, so 27gb for 2mil sounds about right, accounting for observed hands. You might be able to reclaim some room by purging observed hands though I doubt it will be much.

Does HEM work well for sngs? ie importing all the details of pay outs etc from all the sites?

PT3 does for FPT but not for stars which is tilting me.

I've only tried it on hu, but I'm pretty sure it works on other types as well.

Try a search next time. Or post in the HEM thread. Or the quick questions thread.

Also sorry for double post, it keeps having me activate HEM every time I close and open again.
