im running 1.08 17...my table stats are supposed to read: vpip x pfr y avg pot z

but all it reads is: vp x z

not sure how to correct this? the only option in the preferences is to put table averages on and off.

I got the problem that when I hover over the stats nothing happens.

And when I click on the players name the big POP UP with all the stats doesn't come up.

I know my mate had the same issue and I don't know how he fixed it.

yeah, being able to put any stat or stats you want on that little popup would be insanely awesome.
I would love to be able to put hands played and vpps earned and/or money, that would be sweet!

When I create a note on someone inside HEM and then open the note box by clicking on them while playing, the line breaks I made while creating the note show up at first but are deleted when I save the note. Is this a feature or a bug? Any way around it/any chance you could make it so the line breaks are kept?

Close HM then go to C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder and delete defaultmainpopup.pop then restart HM

If you mean the abbreviations are missing:

HUD Options | Player Preferences | [X] Show Abbreviations

(select the correct HUD configuration from the dropdown if you have defined more than 1)

Can someone let me know the system requirements for this software? I have looked everywhere and cannot find it. I am running a 3 year old Dell laptop and want to make sure I meet the min requirements.

Can you follow these instructions:

1) Make a backup of your C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder
2) Uninstall HM via the Control Panel
3) Go to Program Files and delete the RVG Software directory, or the equivalent for Vista
4) Reboot your computer
5) Install the complete setup of HM: http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/holdemmanager.zip
7) Download the latest patch HM: http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/Hm1.08Beta.exe
8) Test if it for a while and see if it work
9) Close down Holdem Manager and copy the config folder from step 1 and copy and overwrite it to your C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder
10) Test if it works again for a while


Theres no specific requirements since it depends alot on the sites and the amount of stats and lots of other things but we do have a 15 day trial that you can test and see if it works well before buying

Morny, have you guys figured out why this is still happening to me?

I hoped moving to the v1.08 beta would cure this.

Is this an HEM error or a database error? Do you ever receive similar reports or am I the only one with the problem?

Before you go thru your standard answers, I've been thru all of them multiple times already. I just constantly reboot my computer (at least once every poker session) when it happens, sux but only way I can use it.

If youve gone through all the FAQs for this i wont quote them again but if your still experiencing this its due to firewall/antivirus so youll need to completely uninstall them or consider using an alternative

Is it possible to see in HM if you have ever sat at a table where there was a hand which would qualify for the bad beat jackpot (lose with quad 8´s or better) ? I know how to do this with hands where i made strong hands but I would also like to see the hands where I wasn´t involved at showdown. Thank you.

Hey, is there a way to get all positions from full ring? ATM theres only 6 positions, early middle co btn sb bb, and i would like to see my stats from UTG, not UTG and UTG+1.
And also is there a way to filter flops that contain 2 specific cards, like JTx flops, now i can only filter J high flops.

Make sure you have the latest hem beta version from the forums. Then install the custom report for full ring positions.

Sorry, Not possible at the moment

I'm currently running HEM using Parallels on Mac. Pretty tight setup, but it definitely uses a lot of memory and isn't always the smoothest ride.

So my question is, w/ the 2 major sites (PS and FT) having both Win and Mac versions of their software, is there any consideration for making a Mac version of HEM? Would be SOOO awesome, I know there are a chunk of 2p2'ers running the same setup as me who would love it.

I'm guessing it would just be too much work, but I'm not a programmer so I don't really know. Whatcha think?

Please try updating http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/Hm1.08Beta.exe and if the problem persists its almost always and antivirus/firewall, try completely uninstalling and then test for a while

Hope this is the right spot for this.

Somewhat new to HEM. Just got it a few weeks ago. Pay version. It is working great on PS. When on Full Tilt, I get the HUDs fine, but when I have like 2+ tables opened, I have to move the HUDs over the correct players. That works obv with right Clicking and dragging them, but when I move one on one table it automatically moves the very same seat on the other table or tables. Strange?? I am a newb to HEM so I am prob missing something simple I assume?

You can right-click and drag to move panels on one table only. New tables will inherit the new positions. Do you have auto-center turned on in FTP client so that the hem hud options > seating prefs will function properly? Also make sure you have the latest beta version.

So you can move panels on just one table and on the other tables it shold auto adjust and iherit the proper positions? Should this happen right away? I do have the auto center on

Also on HEM, Options, seat preferences, FT which what should be checked? I play 6 max only

should I get on TVer with HEM and have them check it out or is this something i can hopefully fix? Still doing it on FT BTW.

If you right click drag then only that one table will adjust. The next tables you open will inherit the positions, but I dont think the other open tables do. IMO it's best to open one table (micro stakes or w/e, and drag all your stats into position and then save the positions thru the table manager file menu,then go back to your normal stakes multi-tabling and each table should open fine IME. There is only one option in the hem seat prefs - the value for the auto center seat.

Im a pokertracker owner about to switch over once Omaha public beta is released.

2 questions:

#1)Is HEM capable of filtering based on certain players being involved in
a hand preflop or flop, etc, etc... Id like to filter for specific players being involved in
a hand against me.....Same question for auto-rated player...For example
if I auto-rate opponents that are winning aggressive players, Id like to know
how I do when they see flop, or perhaps when its their big blind, etc etc.

If not, from a programming perspective, wouldnt this be easy to add.


#2) Ive been hearing this week for Omaha public beta release...Have you got
a day in mind yet?
