Some days ago, I registered my RedKings account via holdemmanager.net to get the Holdem Manager free. I DID download RedKings client from your site link(http://www.holdemmanager.net/purchas...GetitFree.html) and I DID registered my RedKings Account using bonus code HM500. But my first registration failed and I tried again and succeeded the next day. I have not deposit money to my account because the only reason I will play on RedKings is to get the HEM free but I am not sure my account is tracked to your site for the first failure registration. So I emailed to Sales@holdemmanager.net to make sure about it, Roy said: "Hi, I will contact my person there and try to find out what happened". But up till now, I have not receive any response and I am so confused about this. Can I really get the HEM free? Is it so hard to verify whether my RedKings accout is tracked to your site? It's not a tough thing to do but why have the problem happened? If I can't get the HEM free, I will buy it directly, but please give me a fast response and don't waste my time, PLEASE!

I just requested tourney summarys and then saved it to notepad....when to import/import files and when I tried to import it..it said Import errors : 180

Nevermind..I think i know the issue..after 200 or so tourney summarys...it starts to not show the complete details... I emailed stars to send me all the details and will see if that fixes the issue.

But would still like any tips to make hud work 25+ tabling ....its a brand new computer also..so..

version 1.08 beta 13... having a lot of trouble putting in a stat for how much rakeback i make, i read the FAQ but it says

First Close down Holdem Manager and then Navigate to this folder: C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Reports and open the CustomStats.txt file.

I don't have the CustomStats.txt file, so which one is it?

Thats cuz you dont have any custom stats yet, so you have to create the (blank) file before you can add to it, or edit it. Right Click > New Text Document.

So what I did was export my hands, the data was still in my HEM, I reimported the files that I had just exported. My $ won is still the same as $EV won in every tournament..

hoookay, so... i had the HUD not working issue on UB, installed the beta version and everything was hunky dory.

well, my computer geeked out and i had to do a hard shutdown and windows is all "we need to chkdsk your ****" and naturally im all "naw **** that ***** press any key"

so i go to fire up HEM and it's all ALERT ALERT YOU NEED TO RUN CHKDSK and im like "wow what a suspiciously specific error..."

so anyway, I run chkdsk and when i go to run HEM again it throws a catastrophic error all up in my ****. i re-installed the old skanky HUDless non-beta update patch and now i'm all dids'd out. what gives?

I replied on the forum already, did you create the new database and if you did at that stage it should be showing no hands, then reimport. Basically follow the instructions i gave on the forum and please only post in 1 place it just slows everything down for everyone as i have to write a 2nd response

Can you follow these instructions:

1) Make a backup of your C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder
2) Uninstall HM via the Control Panel
3) Go to Program Files and delete the RVG Software directory, or the equivalent for Vista
4) Reboot your computer
5) Install the complete setup of HM: http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/holdemmanager.zip
7) Download the latest patch HM: http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/Hm1.08Beta.exe
8) Test if it for a while and see if it work
9) Close down Holdem Manager and copy the config folder from step 1 and copy and overwrite it to your C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder
10) Test if it works again for a while

I'm brand new to HEM.
Have a new DB set up and have the settings configured for both regular ftp and the new beta

but when I hit auto import....

nothing happens


what do i do?!?!

running vista 64 bit

Im using 1.08 beta 16

didnt help and this is the example of the tourney summary...everytime I try and upload it..it just says this

mported 1 files
Files Imported : 1of1
Hands imported : 0 hands/s 0.0/s
Duplicate hands : 0
Import Errors 0

And nothing else..and i still end up having the Not finished tourneys for the day...making my winnings incorrect.

Apologies to belabour this over and over again, but is there any timeframe on multi-currency support? It's seriously been 'next month' for every month since mid-2008. All I see each release is a big list of tourney and HUD updates.

I'm a programmer myself and I can't fathom why it's so difficult/long to implement. Sure, live exchange rates may require some work, but most people would be happy with simply displaying Euros/pounds as a different stake in the main cash game report.

One time please!

Good work on the rest of the product, it's a great piece of software.

Hi all! I am checking out HEM and have downloaded the trial version. I see that multiple DBs are not supported yet, but that this is a possibility in the future.

Two questions:
1) I searched through the forums; it seems as if most people find the initial import to be slow but post-import performance to be fast. Is this an accurate assessment?

2) I have a ridiculous number of mined hands - something like 10 million plus. Is this going to be a problem in any way?

Trying to get HEM installed on my Vista laptop. I've got the postresql extracted to my desktop, and when i double click it, it brings up the box asking for the language. When I click start, the following message comes up from Windows Installer:

"This installation package could not be opened. Verify that the package exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer package."

HELP PLEASE...

Sounds like the ZIP isn't properly extracted possibly? Did you turn off UAC before extracting/installing it?

Multi pots wasnt supported in older versions, it is in the new beta but any hands already imported will need to be purged and reimported before their correct

Shouldnt matter as your not changing any settings, the installer should be the same

This is usually as fozzy stated a problem with extracting it, some people press the extract button and then still try to open it within the zip program. you need to extract it, close the zip program then go to the folder you extracted the files to and open from there

1) This depends on alot, some people get 30h/s some get well over 100h/s

2) Ive about 10 million and have no problem, other people have well in excess of that and they have no problems as long as they vacuum and defrag regularly

Yes we understand your fustrations but were closing in on finishing tourney support and then well be starting multi currency support, this hasnt changed

Hey everyone. For two years now I have been playing cards on a MAC. I am thinking about purchasing a desk top and purchasing HEM and Poker Tracker 3. I was wondering if some guys people that have worked with these two programs could tell me if they are worth the switch over to a desk top? Since the programs dont run on a MAC. Thanks...
