HI,

Is the HM3 HUD supposed to be working on the new Winamax client?

My HUD is not aligned correctly.

I cannot choose a preferred seat on their new software, because It doesn't exist, there's nothing.

In HM3, Poker Site Setting, I tried None (use Hand History seat), Specific Seat, but the HUD is still not aligned.

According to one of our QA/Testing Managers the new beta Winamax client should be auto centering you at the bottom of all tables now that they removed the Top, Right, Bottom, or Left options. If you set the HM3 - My Seat to Specific Seat and choose the bottom center does it work? Note: If they write observed hands and you move the HUDs before you get dealt in or while sitting out it could cause issues also.

If you continue to have problems: Please see our HUD Troubleshooting FAQ and reproduce the issue then send the requested logs, screenshots, and hand history files in a support ticket as instructed at the bottom of that FAQ with a link to this forum thread and your forum username. Make sure you also take/send screenshots of the HM3 'My Seat' and Winamax 'Options' menu.

I have run into so many issues ever since I purchased HM3; that's unbelievable.
You flooded the web with many replies (and patches) and that helped me a lot.
To be honest, there's a slight chance I won't renew my license (of course It depends on my HUD alignment issues). I bought HM3 because HM1 worked so well and IT helped me so much. TN was cool, and HM2 was average.

Well, now I know that I can't have different window sizes yet. That sucks a lot. For example, I cannot switch from full screen to a smaller window size, because the HUD is too much on the left or right. You said, back in August that the "HUD 2.0" would come soon. Any news on that?

Anyway, I have spent a few hours trying to put the HUD on the right villains' names.
I do the test on 9 max and 5 max tables (I always play 1 or 2 orbits). My success rate seems to be about 20%. It works a little bit more often on 5 max tables, less often on full ring tables, maybe because there are 3 seats at the bottom I don't know.
I very often have to relaunch HM3 whenever I change something in HM3 Site setting, or when I switch between graphical HUD and standard HUD because the stats disappear when I "touch" the HM3 software while playing.

I tried everything I could, and it seems highly likely that the Beta Winamax client is not supported yet. Are you sure the alignment is correct on your side?

That post by me in that thread was off topic so I deleted it. I read 'Dynamic' in the title and thought he was referring to a feature request that would allow us to live track actions in the hand for positional HUD functionality.

Do you have the HM3 - HUD Options - Advanced - [x] Vector Scaling enabled or disabled? I seem to recall similar reports in the past that they have some sort of new side bar for notifications or chat that is causing the shift. I do not see anything related in our developer ticket system so I think it is something we can not address on our end.

They only started working on the new 'HUD 2.0' project recently so I do not have an estimate on when the new HUD system will be implemented.

I do not have access to that site and the only person our team that I believe does have access will not be online until after the weekend so I need you to reproduce the issue, screenshot the tables and settings, and send us the screenshots, logs and config files as I requested in the previous reply so we can forward that information to him for review and testing when he has time next week.

Hello i had HM2 and since i play mostly in GG network i have not updated to the newest HM3. I have 2 questions.
1. Is the new HM3 100$ yearly or life time?
2. Do i get a discount for having HM2 license?

Initial purchase for an All Stakes license for 1 game type would be $100 and after 1 year you would need to pay $40 for another year of our Annual Support & Maintenance plan to receive future HM3 updates (bug fixes and new features) and support.

Unfortunately all HM2 to HM3 upgrade discounts expired November 1st, 2020. I am not able to re-enable the upgrade discount. I am sorry that you missed the October 31st, 2020 deadline. We communicated it via emails, in-software alerts (both HM2 and HM3), forum posts, FAQ's and on social media.

If you want to use HM3 you will have to pay full price for your HM3 license. All of our licensing and pricing information can be found here.

p.s. We offer several Get HM Free options that can be used when upgrading to HM3.

I've never used NoteCaddy. I seem to remember a stat like that back in the day.

We do not have a general 'bet when checked to' for any type of check on any street but we do have a variety of 'Bet vs Missed CBet' stats as i mentioned, like these examples:

- as PFR, it's 'Flop/Turn/River CBet IP'



- as anyone, its called 'Flop/Turn/River Bet IP'







- vs PFR, in SRP, its 'Bet vs Missed CBet'



- 'Bet Total vs Missed CBet' variants when vs PFR

Hi, I have been on with support via email for the past few weeks. I bought a new computer and since then my hands will not replay.
The hands are going to the app but when I try to play them the pop up window appears but I cannot do anything with it, the buttons don't work on it. None of them.
Support keep asking for screenshots and log files but we seem to going round in circles and I've now been passed to someone else who doesn't seem to know what we've already tried.

I'm getting a bit pissed off to be honest and considering getting another software instead.

It must be something simple to do with my new computer. I have sent hands to support who say they play okay etc. uninstalled and downloaded numerous times. Checked folders.

The thing I did note which support didn't respond to is that when I check the folders which hands are sent to the folders are empty. There are only hands in the HEM3 archive folder. So hands are getting to the app somehow but I cannot engage with them making the software useless.

I have asked if it is possible to have support try to fix this remotely but messages are days in between which is painful to be honest.

We have a number of customers with replayer issues that seem to be related to a specific Intel Iris graphics driver. Yours sounds familiar because of the hand history folder issue you mention, which I believe we replied to in your ticket, but I have no way to know what your actual support ticket number is. After hands get auto imported from the site hand history folder by HM3 they get archived to C:\HM3Archive for performance reasons. This is the intended behavior.

What can I do about this driver issue? I already have the most up to date version and the suggested ones through your directions would mean I am downloading an older version. Is this what I should do?

I can not answer that. I need you to post your 6 digit ticket number here so I can have our QA/Testing Manager review the logs in your ticket and what has been suggested so far to see what else we can suggest or decide if he thinks we might be able to fix your issues in a remote support session.

Unfortunately we do not have such a filter currently but it is something we plan to add eventually. This feature request has been documented in detail and provided to the developers for future consideration. If you want to be notified if/when it is added please send an email via the 'Contact Support' link and include "Notify Me When HMT-6004 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

I had a funny situation come up today.

I played a Sit N Go Session on Poker Stars. When I went to look at my results, my hand histories were recorded for all the tournaments, however, it did not record any of my finish positions or my cashes? It records as Place 0 and Cash 0. It does record the Buy In.

Any idea why this is happening?

I probably accidently killed my hm3 because i uninstalled my postgresql (i needed space from my C: and read hm3 doesnt need it) and when i click my sessions tab it just froze and cant move on and cant even start auto import or start hud. How should i fix it?

It sounds like PokerStars might have stopped writing the summary files, or HM3 is not configured to auto import them still, for some reason. Check this FAQ to make sure everything is still configured properly and you request the previous/missed summary files from the PokerStars > Tools History & Stats > 'Get Tournament History' menu.

Yes, you just have to toggle on the 'allow reimport' setting, download the hands, then manually reimport the hands as instructed in this FAQ.

HM3 uses SQLite so uninstalling PostgreSQL should not cause the issues you describe. It is most likely a poorly configured import/archive loop or a corrupted database. To be sure we need you to reproduce the problem and send us your log files and a detailed problem description as instructed in this FAQ.
