If your site has not updated, use 8415. Please update to this version
http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa...AutoUpdate.exe

If it has updated, Please update to this version
http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa...AutoUpdate.exe

Many Ipoker 'beta' clients have made changes to the hand histories that are not in line with rest of the Ipoker Network. We are waiting on Ipoker to release final changes to their hand history format before we can properly support it. If you can still download their 'classic' client from their site, instead of their new 'beta' client, it should work as it used to.

Uninstall Ipoker, deleting the settings.

Then re-install it, right-clicking the setup file and running as administrator. This will keep it from creating a hand history folder that it cannot write hands to.

Add the folder in Site setup. http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...2/iPoker+Setup

Please see this FAQ on how to use table finder http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...+not+appear%3F

If you continue to have problems please follow the instructions in the following FAQ and reply back with the answers to the 12 questions in that FAQ. Those answers should help us quickly identify your issue, skipping questions will just mean we have to ask again in the next email and will delay the resolution of the issue - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...es+not+work%3F

Alternatively you can use our Priority Support Tool via the 'Contact Support' link here - https://support.holdemmanager.com/support/category/1/93 - which often resolves the issue and it will ask you relevant questions and at the end it will forward us the answers if you couldn't resolve it look for the 'Heads-Up Display (HUD) Issues' topic. Requests via the priority support tool receive higher priority than normal emails.

For ram on a hard drive, is the bigger factor handling the size of database or amount of tables being played? I'm deciding whether a 8gb ram 256 ssd is sufficient for playing 4-6 tables but having a 3 million hand database or whether I would see significant performance increasing to 16 gb of ram.

The more, the better. Hands are pre-loaded into memory. The more you're throwing at your computer, the more you'll want to have handle it as well. Remember that the site tables, themselves, will use RAM/CPU. So the more tables you'll play, the more will be used.

Please see this FAQ to transfer/backup data:

http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...dem+Manager%3F

This will ensure that you have your hand histories and HUD saved to import into a new computer, and as a backup to restore in case of an emergency. I recommend you do this at least once a month and keep the last 2 or 3 most recent backups (and your \HM2Archive folder) stored on an external drive and/or cloud storage site like dropbox or google drive.

Please disregard the original reply I quoted and struck out above.

This(these) stat(s) do not exist in HM2. This stat request has been documented in detail and provided to the developers for consideration.

The assigned internal issue # on this issue is HM-2781: HUD stat request: vs delayed cbet

Quote:
We already have corresponding Delayed Cbet stats, we just need their counterparts in vs section
vs Delayed Turn CBet
vs Delayed Turn CBet SRP
vs Delayed Turn CBet 3Bet Pot
vs Delayed Turn CBet IP
vs Delayed Turn CBet OP
vs Delayed Turn CBet vs 1 Opp
vs Delayed Turn CBet Multiway
I have added your email address to the ticket so we can notify you if/when we have added them but given how old that ticket is they are unlikely to be added at this point.

For now you would have to use NoteCaddy Premium to create it/them.

They (Pacific/888) are on our list of supported networks/sites - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...20Setup%20Info

I don't know if/where they would have a list of supported software for you to see but you could ask them. We work closely with management at all of the sites we support and if one of them tells us we are not allowed to work on their software we would change our software to prevent it from working there.

how do the new m.2 drives, say the Samsung 950 Pro Evo 2280 m.2 512 SSD, compare to standard SSDs such as the Samsung 850 evo? Will it be beneficial for HM, if so how much of a difference could it make?

I can't say as I (and I don't think any of our testers) have got one yet. I was planning to get a PCI-E SSD in my next PC but I don't know when that might happen at this point. The most important factors for database performance are the 4k read/write speeds so you can compare those in the new ones to what you have now but even if they are double there is no way for me to say that means you would import twice as fast or anything like that.

If you use NoteCaddy there might be some good info in this forum thread, or someone in that thread/forum might have one and be able to give you a better idea.

If you visit your local 888 site you will find a link to their "User Agreement" at the bottom of their online front page. Nearly all sites put a link to their terms there. Here is the one I found: http://www.888.com/security-and-priv...-agreement.htm

There are two parts that speak of 3rd party software:

[1] This part does not ban HM2 because HM2 isn't an "artificial intelligence":
Quote:
Software Aids: You are not allowed to use any software program or robot which, in our opinion, is endowed with artificial intelligence ("Software Aid") in connection with your use of the Services. We constantly review the use of the Services in order to detect the use of any Software Aid. In the event that we have reasonable suspicion that any Software Aid has been used, we reserve the right to take any action we see fit, including immediately blocking access to the Services to the offending user, terminating such user's account and seizing all monies held in such account
[2] This part doesn't apply to HM2 because HM2 doesn't have this feature:
Quote:
Seating Aids: Without derogating from the prohibited use of Software Aids, you are not allowed to use any software program or external aid which, in our opinion, enables you to find a seat at a poker table or automatically seats you at a poker table ("Seating Aid"). We constantly review the use of the Services in order to detect the use of Seating Aids and in the event that we deem it has been used we reserve the right to take any action we see fit, including immediately blocking access to the Services to the offending user, terminating such user's account and seizing all monies held in such account

Win7

For at least a year, HM2 fails to load first try a majority of times. It gets to the "loading player hands" box and stalls, loads and loads, right now at 1021 hands. I click close and the Issue Resolution box comes up asking for my email, but "Solution will be emailed" to me has never ever happened, hence this post.

Generally it succeeds in loading the second try.

This problem has continued across multiple versions on two different computers.

I use Bovada card catcher.

The auto responder solutions haven't worked unfortunately since we switched to our new support tool system so we can only check them when searching for general reported issues or if someone manually creates a support ticket / email and lets us know they are having problems. Here is the most common solution that the auto responder would send in the past:

Please try a clean install of HM2. This will preserve your database and backup your HUD and settings.

1) Export any custom HUD configs.
2) Open the HM2 > HUD Settings > HUD Designer menu > Click 'Reset' > [x] All Configs > OK

Step 1 – Restore Default Settings:
First try restoring your default settings, often some settings files can become corrupt and cause these issues.

Step 2 – Uninstall and reinstall HM2 with Revo uninstaller:
Other times critical system files may not have been installed on previous updates and it can also cause these types of errors or in some cases antiviruses may have removed files that it mistook for unsafe. Doing a revo uninstall also removes old registry file information which might have become corrupt. You can download the free version here and there is a useful tutorial how to use it here.

Uninstall Holdem Manager 2 via Revo unistaller and then reinstall this version.

Please add this file to your firewall and antivirus exceptions and run it as Administrator.

Step 3 – Follow the steps in this FAQ.

Step 4: If the default settings work, please use the FAQ in step 1 to restore your settings and test them. If the problems then return you will need to reset your settings to default again and use those going forward.

If you continue to have problems with the default settings, please reproduce the problem, describe exactly what you were doing, and attach your \HM2Logs folder.

When sending any files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox, then 'copy public link' and paste the download link directly into the support ticket and if there is a forum thread with additional information please link to this thread and let us know your forum name if there are several people in the thread.

Saying it is 'slow' is pretty vague and we need more details about what exactly you are doing and more details about what you are experiencing.

If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem and zip/attach your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

Please zip and email the requested files via the 'Contact Support' link here and if there is a forum thread with additional information please link to this thread and let us know your forum name if there are several people in the thread.

Which site/games? Is this on the Reports, the Active Session or all tabs?

Make sure that the Site Time Adjustment is properly configured such that the Time Stamp in the Reports for the hand matches your local windows clock time - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ime+Adjustment

Make sure you always start HM2 first before you open the PokerStars Client. If you closed PokerStars for any reason and did not close HM2 please close them both and start HM2 before you start PokerStars again.

IMPORTANT Zoom Installation Instructions:
On the first run, you must start the Hold'em Manager 2 HUD BEFORE you launch PokerStars. If PokerStars is open, you must close PokerStars, start the HUD and then open PokerStars before Zoom HUD will function properly. If the Zoom HUD is not displaying after doing the above, please uninstall PokerStars, delete the associated C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\PokerStars.xx folders. and re-download and install PokerStars as the PokerStars installation is more than likely corrupted and a PokerStars reinstall should resolve the issue.

Please check all of the steps on this FAQ.

If you continue to have problems please tell us which ps.xx skin you play on, what the client/server version numbers are, and send the requested files/screenshots as instructed at the end of the FAQ in the link above.

When sending any files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. Using the trial version now to see if its better than PT4 for ipoker.

Cant get the HUD to work at all on ipoker (coral). Hands are logged/recorded and i can view results, but HUD just doesnt how up besides the little window top left of tables with a drop down menu for diff HUDs.

Am i doing something wrong or is the HUD not currently working on ipoker since the new update?
