Haha I'm having the same issue. Was having a heart attack when I checked how my session went. I hope it'll be fixed soon.

We already got some samples from customers and our testers are doing live play testing across the various game/table types right now (sounds like it is a variety of issues depending on the game) to try and get all the issues (it is affecting hm2, hm3 and pt4 differently) documented for the developers.

I can't give any sort of ETA but it is the sort of issue that will be at the top of the developer's to-do list and will be pushed to the beta feed as soon as we have a fix ready.

Hi im Lydia. This is my first post i tried to open a new thread but it wouldnt allow me said i didnt have sufficient privileges. i just made the account 10 mins ago. i recently started playing poker online and i downloaded poker copilot.. it seems really cool i get the idea of it but i have no clue how to use it i tried youtube videos it was useless please help me.. the huds will be under a players name and avatar and it says its a different players name.. i dont get it at all.. please help.. please! ill give 25 bucks on a site for the help

Hi there . I m experiencing a bug with the replayer from the last three days.I m not sure what is the reason but i can t perfom any action ( play/forward etc ) and the pot size is moved to the bottom right corner somehow. Tried full reinstall/recreate a new database and didn t work.I would appreciate any help.

Please close HM2 and delete the files in the following folder:

C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\Co nfig\Replayer

If you can't see it, turn off the windows option that is hiding that directory. http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...es+in+Windows+

If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem and send your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

If I upgrade my hm2 small stakes to the Pro version now. Is it possible to get a discount on HM3 when it launches?

We do not know when HM3 will be available for public Beta.

We can tell you that all HM2 owners will receive a discount on any upgrade to HM3 and that the highest discounts will be given to those that purchased HM2 just prior to the release of HM3 Alpha.

In addition, those that purchase HM2 during the HM3 Alpha/Beta period will receive a free upgrade to HM3 once it is released. Anyone purchasing HM2 on Friday 28th of October 2016 or after will not have to pay to upgrade to HM3.*

*This means that if you upgrade your HM2 license after that date any upgrade fee's will be applied directly to your HM3 upgrade cost, if any, along with any discounts you might receive based on your original small stakes purchase date.

Once we release a new beta update you will need to purge any hands that were imported after their recent update then manually import the hands again with the force re-import option enabled.

The HM seems to be working properly now so I copy/pasted all affected HHs from the /hm2archive folder, then purged them from database and re-imported them, but they are showing the same wrong results. What am I doing wrong?

They rolled back the poker client update because of a bug they introduced. New hands will import properly (because they are now like they used to be) but the hands wrote between their new update and the point they reverted it will not import since we never released a parsing update to address the new format.

I am not sure at this point if our next update will even import those hands because of the bug they introduced. Hopefully our next update can address the issues with their new hands and the bugged hands but it is too early to be sure.

Edit: You can try this method of downloading the hands from the client (hopefully in their old format) and see if they will import. These will get downloaded to the auto import folder which you will then want to manually force re-import instead of auto import.*

*Please let me know if this works so I know if I can suggest it to other customers.

Can you send us a sample of hands for the last few days that have samples of hands from before, during and after the update/rollback of the poker client for testing? Also send a copy of the hands that were downloaded from the client to the auto import folder.

Please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to us using the 'Contact Support' link.

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth e.g C:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31 or if it was auto-imported with v7283+ it would be in C:\HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\MM\DD.

When sending any files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox, then 'copy public link' and paste the download link directly into the support ticket email.

I just found out the 'Update Local Information' button no longer exists. The only thing you can do is open the hands in a new window, highlight all the text then copy/paste it into a new .txt file to force reimport.

i made a new hud which i want to break in 2 parts
ive seen it before but i cant figure out how, where can i 'divide' the hud?

is it also possible to have the upper half in black background and the lower half in grey background?

HUD Settings > HUD Designer > Select your HUD from the upper left that you want to edit and click 'New Panel' then use the up/down arrows to place the panel split. If you are placing it where a 'New Line' break used to be double-click the 'New Line' separator (or use the right-arrow button) to delete it.

This is not possible in HM2. You can only choose colors for the entire HUD background, which will affect all panels. It will be possible in HM3 as it has, in addition to the main panel color options, optional background color settings for each individual HUD stat so you could set all the stat backgrounds different colors on each panel/group.

Please see this FAQ to upgrade HM2. You will only have to pay a portional upgrade cost.

No problem. Please create a support ticket via the Contact Support link and request the trial extension. Make sure you contact us from the same email address that is linked to your current HM2- licensing system code.

The last few times i have started up HEM, it freezes and i need to restart my computer each time. For example, i start up holdem manager and then stars or another site. I do not play yet. But once i have tables starting... i notice hem is frozen because when i click on the program, you cannot click on it. I then close it. I cannot open hem again because everytime i click on the icon, it gives the message only one instance of holdem manager allowed etc.


So the only way to fix this is restart my computer... then i have to open stars and log in and then sit back at my tables. The thing is earlier i had started hem first without playing. Clicked on the start hud and then stopped it later on. It did not freeze at all during this time when i was not playing. But once i have tables starting up, it freezes and i had this happen many times already.


How do i fix this issue? HEM is already run as admin. Also i clicked on the check for updates on HEM on the far right of the program and it says its the latest version. But is it? Because back then i would update hem by clicking on fozzys hem update program etc.

You can open the Windows Task Manager and right-click > End the Hold'em Manager process to restart it without having to restart your PC.

We don't have any beta updates right now so if you have version 8484 you have the latest.

I don't recall any sort of HEM update program I made. Was this maybe for HM1 or HM2's replayer mods/skins I used to make?
