*If possible please do the following steps on one problematic table only immediately after launching HM2 so that the log is short and doesn't have other working tables mixed in the log.

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ging#startmenu

Please reproduce the problem and:
- Use the tool in the following link to send a HUD Report - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...Reporting+Tool
- Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
- Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
- Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue
- Close HM2 and zip/attach your \HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ger+Support%3F

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue, if all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

Please zip and email the requested files to hm2support@holdemmanager.com and if there is a forum thread with additional information please link to this thread and let us know your forum name if there are several people in the thread.

Heres the problem. when tables like Howlite (Short, PRR) and Howlite (Short PRR) are both in play HM2 only uses one table because they look the same when u take out the parenthesis and commas. Also sometimes the hud from the table with commas will show up on the one without. I added an image showing what i mean

Thank you for the screen shot but we need the screen shot emailed to us with the requested feature logging and hand history files for all the tables played in that session. When logging it is best if the session is relatively short and if possible only contains hands/tables with the problem so it is easier to filter through the log file.

the answer to the problem is simple if u add commas and parenthesis to table names then it would work fine.

We can't write it up for the developers to fix with just a screen shot. We need the logs/hands sent as well. Without you or other customers sending those files this will not get fixed since I personally have not encountered this problem at the stakes/tables I play on WPN.

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

This is usually a firewall or windows update issue and the following guide gives a step by step guide:
http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...rt+PostgreSQL+

Many of those free Norton, Mcaffee, Comodo, Zonealarm, Avira, Avast, AVG, Bitdefender, etc, 'internet security' bundles will not work well with Holdem Manager.

Please do the following steps, so we can get your computer to a state that we know will work with Holdem Manager:

1) Uninstall any 3rd party security software bundles.
2) Reboot your computer
3) Please install the latest version: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...ger_2_Beta.exe
- After downloading, you should right-click the file, go to properties and click unblock. Then, right click the file and run as administrator.
4) Enable Windows Firewall's recommended settings through your Control Panel, turn off Windows Defender, and add firewall exceptions for HM and SQL - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...rewall%29#MSES
5) Install Microsoft Security Essentials for antivirus/malware protection and update it - http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials/

How is standard deviation (in bb/100) calculated? Does it take into account only pots that went all-in the flop/turn?

There is an 'Options' menu in the lower left corner of the various graphs where you can change the winnings value/currency.

Hi, I've started playing fifty50's and after 360 sng's, 80 are marked as not completed even though when I view the last hand history for that game in the database it shows the final elimination to end the game.

I've got both hand histories and tournament summaries being imported. It also seems that all the ones being marked not completed are sng's which I've won in, however a ton more that I've won in have been entered correctly.

Any idea what's going on?

I can't say without seeing a screen shot of the problem and having you send some hands/summaries for testing.

Please zip up and email the problem hand histories and tournament summaries with details/screenshots of the issue you are experiencing to hm2support@holdemmanager.com

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth e.g C:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31 or if it was auto-imported with v7283+ it would be in C:\HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\MM\DD.

When sending any hand history files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is too big to attach to an email please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox or filedropper and send us the download link.

This stat (and many other vs delayed cbet stats) does not exist. It has been requested but I do not have any ETA for when/if they will be added.

The assigned internal ticket # on this issue is HM-2781

If you want to be notified when it is fixed please send an email to support@holdemmanager.com and include "Notify Me When HM-2781 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

I tried it but didn't work, also tried to do other things searching on the internet and now windows won't start.

I'm going to change my hardware, so I'm gonna have to format the SSD...

How can I backup and restore the data from hm2 if I'm not able to run it?(I can access the files in the SSD normally)

This is mentioned on our Pacific/888 Setup FAQ. We try to mention these unusual situations/games or any known issues on the various site setup FAQs whenever applicable.

They do not allow HUDs on the Snap Cash tables and have not provided us with the information we need to be able to support a HUD on the Snap Tournament tables where they would allow a HUD.

Please see this FAQ to transfer/backup data:

http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...dem+Manager%3F

This will ensure that you have your hand histories and HUD saved to import into a new computer, and as a backup to restore in case of an emergency.

There are a variety of redirect links on that page to other FAQs as well as instructions for backing up your settings and original hands manually. If you can't start HM2 or access PGAdmin then you are going to want to manually copy your \postgresql\8.x\data and \roaming\holdemmanager\database folder and use this guide once you have reformatted to try and reinstall the same version of postgresql and reconnect to the current database. If you have any problems with that guide (I have a feeling your postgresql database/installation is damaged beyond repair and you may not ever be able to reconnect to it) you will have to install postgresql clean and recreate your database from an old backup or by manually importing your hands from the \HM2Arhive folder.

This is why regular backups are a good idea. If your database becomes corrupt you can restore a backup and only have to import the most recent hands (that were played after the backup was created) and edit any tournament results if necessary.

Tried restarting HEM2 and PS (in both orders) obviously, and they are both in the required run as admin mode... Had this happen before but it usually just goes away when you restart the clients. Bit confused now :s

EDIT: Full reboot solved it, weird tho. Maybe something with sleep mode?
We were unable to reproduce this. Were one or both running when it went to sleep? Do you have any settings that might be different? Do you have it set to require password?
