zoom hud isn't working on new computer. hud works on all other tables and i did follow the zoom hud instruction on your website.
when i use table finder hud from some previous hand appear but the hud doesn't refresh for new hands.

hi

since the hm2 update of this morning where you added the "spin n go" tag, the net winnings $ is all messed up for spin n go's

for eg: all lost games in 30s count as -$21.45 and 60s as -$42.90 ??
whats the problem ?

The Table Finder does not work on Zoom tables. If the instructions on that page did not help we need you to send us the files requested at the end of the page via email. Without seeing those we can't know what is causing your problems.

Hi, I just played some Spin & Go's. HM2 recognises them & give them the correct tag, but the payout is wrong.
You set it to 1st: 80% 2nd: 10% 3rd: 10%
But it should be 1st: 100% 2nd & 3rd 0%

Please correct it as soon as possible.

Hi, I'm new to HM2 and I can't find the 3 bet% vs position stats. Searched through this thread and pulled up HM2 manual and still can't find and or understand. Help would be appreciated.
For example, i'm looking for:
3 bet% from sb vs an EP open
3 bet% from sb vs an MP open
3 bet% from BB vs an EP open...etc

They are in the 3Bet category of the HUD Settings > HUD Designer as shown in the image below:

Both HM1 and HM2 calculate the EV Diff of both outcomes even though you can only see/replay the first run in the software. The EV isn't perfect because we completely disregard the fact that 1-5 cards have already been revealed (and thus can't appear on the second run). The EV is going to be pretty close despite this.

Leakbuster freezes every time it gets to 100% when I run it, it used to not do this but now that I have over 20k hands for a stake level it won't work anymore.

The HUD didn't use to show up on Winamax Go Fast tables.
At first it was Winamax's will, but last month the rep said that Winamax agreed to authorize Huds.
Are you aware of that? When will you release the update?

A) If not:

It sounds like you are having a problem we have seen reported a few times recently. The pacific/888 client fails to write the hole cards for some/most of your hands so then it doesn't recognize you as the hero.

If you continue to have problems, try changing the path in the 888 client where it writes hands to a new folder such as C:\888hands - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...28888%29+Poker

If that doesn't help please disable any antivirus/firewalls, reinstall the software and choose English language during installation if prompted. If that doesn't solve it for some reason please reinstall it again as instructed but make sure you install the poker client to a different drive/partition as one of the customers said it was having problems only when installed to the default path on his C drive and once he installed it to a custom path on his other D drive it worked fine.

Try downloading from this link - http://www.pacificpoker.com/en/download_short.htm

You may have to reinstall the software 3 or 4 times before it starts saving the hands properly with all the holecards.

If none of that helps you will need to ask the pacific support team why their software is not saving the hole cards for all of your hands you play.


B) If you can see the hole cards follow the instructions below that I give for ipoker/party.

I asked our QA & Testing Manager about this. They did give us the go ahead but we are waiting on them to make some updates to their client before we can add support.

Our internal ticket for this is currently closed but if they give us the information we need it will be reopened and prioritized for the developers to work on sometime in the future. If you want to be notified if/when it is fixed please send an email to support@holdemmanager.com and include "Notify Me When HM-8455 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

We can't tell what might be the problem from an image.

If you continue to have problems please zip up and email the problem hand histories with details of the issue you are experiencing and send it to hm2support@holdemmanager.com

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth e.g C:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31 or if it was auto-imported with v7283+ it would be in C:\HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\MM\DD.

When sending any hand history files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is too big to attach to an email please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox or filedropper and send us the download link.

Unfortunately remote support sessions are not part of your contract. We only use those as a courtesy when someone has exhausted all of the other solutions via email or forum support. We could not afford to stay in business if we did remote support for every customer with every problem.

Hi, i play 4 tables of zoom and want to use F8 or F9 to mark hands for review.
I just tried once today, but i missed the real hand.
Is there any way of getting the hand for example on the table under the mouse when i have 4 tables simultaneously or some other trick?

Unfortunately there is no feature like you want. Hotkey marking of specific hands on fast-fold tables is difficult/impossible since there could be so many fast-folded hands yet to be written/imported that could get in the way when you are hotkey marking the 'previous' hand. The only thing I can suggest is to manually mark them from the Table HUD right-click menu if you can see it there and pick it out by it's pot size or better yet use the Active Session tab of HM2 and right-click menu.

Hi i have stupidly turned off the setting on my table HUD ( the box that shows last 3 hands VPIP etc ) i need to turn on the thing that lets my move seat on each table think it was a setting icon on table HUD.
