In case of Flopzilla go to "save/load->Forum/email output" in the menu and post the text box that it gives you.

Edit: Ok, I think I've just replicated the situation you were talking about in Flopzilla. Flopzilla says 68.264%, Pokerstove says the same. I think you incorrectly entered it in Pokerstove, for example by entering a turn as well by accident. Here's the savefile (use Ctrl+I to import):
