Not sure what you guys did but the card catcher works again. for some reason when i tried yesterday i couldn't get it to work but when login today, it works great,

There was a server license upgrade the other day, so if you opened during that window it wasn't working. It's only the second time in over 14 years we've had to do that, but it should be working as normal going forward.

I think you need to update to the latest version and delete the license file then re-register. contact support, they reply fast and will give you the instruction on how to delete your license file.

I checked our support and it seems it was resolved for you. I'd recommend deleting your original message on here though because spam bots will pick up your email and spam the heck out of you.

I am getting the same registration error as ahmangrm30, I tried to delete license files, but they are not there and they are not hidden either, help would be appreciated. I have the newest version.
Also it takes like a minute or two to launch after the update, when before it would launch in just a few seconds.

Correct, because you need to update.

1. Close the the BOL Card Catcher. Make sure you have the latest version and install from the main download link: https://acepokersolutions.com/poker-...up_v1.06.4.exe

2. Open the BOL CC and you'll see a blue registration screen. Click on RESET LICENSE.

3. After Reset license is complete, click on Register Cash Games or Tournaments, whichever license you have, and re-enter your license number. If you have Cash and Tournaments, make sure to register both.

4. BOL CC will re-register and you'll be set.

Yes. When I opened the card catcher a few days ago, it gave me a "trial is expired" error when i already have a license. Downloaded the latest version and reset the license activation in your website then follow the instruction on your post. It works now.
