Ok, strange. I'm not seeing this, as it's importing as chico and always have been. Can you click on settings in your catcher, and create a log, reply to your last support message and attach the .zip file that the log created. I'll have someone check your setup and see what's going on. ty.

Something went wrong with one of our PC and the card catcher stop working. Sent log to support to see if you have any idea what happened. the card catcher on our other PCs still work and its only happening on this one PC. Thanks for the help.

on a trial converter seems to be working but playing 6max and only the person to my right has his stats show up on pt4. any idea whats causing this?

now im having the problem where catcher sees the tables but hands arent being written even thought the directories are pointed to the right folder (it was working earlier in the day)

You said you had a HUD, so the hands have to be written. You missed the message that if you're using pt4, you need to reduce the size of your table, as small as you can... then position your HUD over the players, then re-size your table again and it will load correctly at any size going forward. You need to make sure to set your pt4 player ID to your BOL player ID also to see your hands in your database.

got my hud to work thx @freakdaddy.

but the now main problem i've been having is catcher sees the tables, but no hands are getting imported. i've tried opening pt4 first > then catcher > then betonline . am i doing the order wrong?
sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt.

If you see the HUD on your table and the card catcher is tracking then the data is in your PT4, I suggest checking if you have your Betonline player name set in PT4.

You need to set your playerId in pt4 to your BOL player ID. If you have a HUD, then it's importing your hands.

Hey FD, I'm trying to renew another license. BOL+ICC combo. When i use the serial key for direct renew link, it says license was not found. I tried using both BOL and ICC serial keys but didn't work.

Just want to ask if this is still the renewal link:

Yes, but it's easiest to just open the app and on the blue screen, click renew.

yeah, the that would have been easier but this license is not registered in my PC. I contacted support and had this sorted out. thanks for the link confirmation.
