I Just got HH from sportsbetting captured by the card catcher, will this merge with my betonline HH or is it considered a different site?

What BOL HH? They don't provide hand histories.

Solved, I figured it out.

Was helping a friend setup his PC but he already used the free trial before so to open the card catcher, I registered my serial key. After he see it working, he purchased a license and I replaced my license with the one he purchased.

I believe it was PLO related, and I'm not sure on the specifics.

its specifically the 8man format not working. its missing the prize info. it tracks finish position correctly but awards $0 for everything

Got bet online card catcher. Anyone get it to work with Pt4?

Half captures hands and shows 1 player in hud. Setup as Pt4 and auto import folders are correct

Are you using PT4? Contact support, and they will give you the instruction on how to fix it.

It's a PT4 issue. You have to follow the warning message that is provided. If you're using PT4, you need to minimize your table one time, locate your HUD, re-position it over the players, and then increase the table size again. You just need to do this one time.

thank you. managed to get the hud working, thanks. Next issue is trying to get it to show results in pt4? it says its imported 24hands, database set to pt4 and importing from 'herosb' but no results or anything shows in pt4. maybe this is post for pt4 will post there also.
