I think idol has been better this year than previous years. Harry was a good get. They didn't show a bunch of horrible people for the purposes of making fun of them like they've done in years past...that got old. The current idol judges are a good mix.

Even so, I think the Voice is a superior product. I think I like Usher and Shakira better than Cee Lo and Christina, but I don't not like the latter. It's a matter of degree.

Probably, Sisaundra is pretty seasoned. I really like that YouTube star who sang Wrecking Ball, hasn't done battle yet though.

Lot of toss-ups for me as well.

Not sure if analysis has been done, but would it benefit a country artist to choose someone like Usher instead of Blake, or an R&B artist going with Blake? My thinking is you'd be a unique person on your team and more likely to stand out & survive.

I think it was really smart for Sisaundra to go with Blake.

Also, was sure usher was choosing jake. I like the other guy but he just wasnt very good since rehersals. I'm curious about what usher has prepared for him.
Wonder who would press steal if jake won. Probably just adam.

I do think that Blake and Adam have a big edge in their song selection for their talent (at least in previous seasons). I'm curious to see how it goes this year.

And I preferred the older black dude to the younger black dude - the ones who sang Ain't Too Proud To Beg. Glad he got picked up by Blake.

I liked the guy Blake picked up, but I think they need to cut off Blake's supply of booze. It doesn't make much sense to me to steal people who can't win. Not really sure why Adam--Usher??? paired those two guys together since surely he has other people on his team that are more likely to win the show. In my opinion, neither is a winner candidate and both could have been cut this round.

Wow, Jake and Tess absolutely killed it. That was as good a performance as I've seen on any singing show. I'd buy that song tomorrow. Those two together were just perfect. I think Blake made a mistake matching them together - they are both potential finalists. Good thing Tess gets another chance.

Surprised Déjà made it through last night, though both were less than stellar. Same with the final two guys.

Separately, the gay woman (short cropped blonde) will be at a severe disadvantage if she makes the live voting rounds, NBC has literally given her no screen time.

Ugh, cant edit my last post. This season is amazing. So many great performances. I got chills during sisaundra vs biff. Sad to see the big guy go. Sisaundra is probably the best, but I cant stand looking at her. Think I said it before, but all her facial expressions make me really uneasy.

Yeah, he was waiting for someone special that never came. That last guy was really bad imo, it looked like it was the last battle and not just editing, which makes the early "the most surprising steal of the round" announcement pretty ******ed.

I think that was a pretty clear top 3 for Blake.

Overall I don't see how its anyone other than black woman black guy with dreads and white soul guy as final 3.
