Shelby Z: it was good....not that memorable, though.

James W: that was an amazing performance.

Nic - kinda messy...didn't showcase his voice at all

Ray - decent but not special

Austin - good...but not that memorable

Grey - she's good, but that was an awful song

Will - Again....good, but not great

Preston - interesting voice but he had no clue how to sing that song

Cole - voice is too similar to Rod Stewart's to keep this from being more than a karaoke performance

Tessanne - the front-runner. She's a great, great singer.

Only James and Tessanne stood out for me. I think Nic and Preston are in trouble.

I really liked what James did with the Joni Mitchell song. That's artistry.

Everyone else was kind of forgettable.

The only problem with James could have is 90% of people voting have no clue what that song is

still not feelin this season that much. skipped thru most while watching football, only paid attention to the girl who sang paramore and she was not that grayt.

Amber - a little screechy and out of pitch.

Johnny - wrong song for him. Duh. But not bad.

Tamara - boooooring. Horrible song choice by CeeLo again. She can sing, though.

Kat - I was going to slam CeeLo's song choice again - a soft ballad for Kat?? - but damn, it worked. The arrangement was a bit off, but she nailed the vocal. And she's a great performer. Loved it. This was like her own concert.

Caroline - And CeeLo's back to bad song choices. Caroline did it fine but it doesn't have any oomph to it. It's a forgettable song.

Josh - Odd arrangement...it hid his vocal ability and it sounded rushed.

Olivia - decent karaoke singer who has no clue about fitting into the song's style. "Roar" is an empowerment song, not a vocal gymnastics song. She looked great, though.

Stephanie - good voice, good performance. Not that memorable. Felt like church.

Mathew - He seemed out of breath and sharp at times...it's a shame because he's got an interesting voice. Not sure why the judges all thought he was spectacular.

Jackie - Best performance of the night. I'm not sure how this girl doesn't win.

Caroline is still my favorite, even though she had an off night she still sounded better than most. But Jackie (or Jacquie or whatever) really stole the show.

Adam, more then anyone else, has always had a nice way of slightly criticizing singers not on his team. I wonder if voters are persuaded at all by his comments

Preston was great on the audition but has been terrible since. I think the 2 that America chose from Adams team were his best 2. Either Tessane or the young girl on Xtinas team are winning

Don't understand Adam's choice of Will over Preston. Two of the most unique voices in the last two seasons gone due to coaches very poor song choices. Preston this season, and Kris Thomas (who should have won IMO), had the best talent and an incredible voice, falsetto or not doesn't matter to me. James is my choice to win going forward, his live was great and has excellent control in his runs.

It seems like the Tessanne types don't win this show. Don't get me wrong, I think she's great. But I've thought a lot of the technically fabulous 25+ year old ladies were great before and they not only didn't win, but didn't even make the finals.

The only ones who stood out last night for me were Tessane, Jackie, Mathew and Kat.

Was surprised Preston didn't make top 12, he was kind of screwed by the strength of Adam's team. His fault though for not going with C-Lo.

Seems like it's +EV to pick a coach that generally has weaker teams to increase your chances of making the top 12 (when you're coach doesn't really matter anymore).

I'd say Preston would surely be Top 10 if he were still in it.

I didn't watch last night, but I feel like a lot of the most unique/talented singers were eliminated in the H2H round. I especially liked the girl who did Rihanna in the blind auditions.
