So not including the Oyster, Richard wins the first 2 (himachi and cod? dishes) Mike wins the braised one (pepperoni sauce sounds great) then they split on desserts because Blais smartly adjusts the ice cream then then if you factor in the Oyster it has to be Richard right??

Was Gail trying to wittily say Richards was more high class because she would eat there on the weekend...

...this was easily the best finale so far, show wise and cooking wise...

that's how I interpreted it myself. Or more that Richard's was a bit more special than mike's

A month ago I asked my dad about Blais' burger place in Atlanta. My dad said that Blais sold out, for lack of a better word, but he didn't fault Blais for doing it.

So to hear that Blais said winning $200k would allow him to not be a sell out, that's very exciting =)

Great finale. Just a solid episode all around, and I'm very glad Richard won. But props to Mike for making what looked like pretty awesome food too. I really want his fish course and that pepperoni sauce on the meat.

Very happy Richard won but I have to say I went from thinking that Mike is a dbag who I would never want to eat at his restaurant out of spite to thinking he is a dbag but I would probably eat at his restaurant because it would be good.
