haven't watched the latest few eps but just chiming in to say this show is ****ing amazing.

Cheap coke goes for like 15-20K per kilo, raw uncut coke could probably cost around 100K I would never have a clue.

I don't think it's unreasonable to assume that Pope cuts his blow pretty heavily since he has his own street level dealers.

Most coke that hits the street has been cut several times by mid-level dealers and those on at the top of the food chain.

I'd estimate that Pope could cut his to 1/3 pure and still have comparable and even superior product to what you find on the street. If he only cut it to 1/2 pure he would probably have that WMD YO but this doesn't make much sense as his dealers are thugs that slang in the ghetto.

He probably cuts it pretty heavily as he selling to junkies and young people most likely.

I'm sure he's making crack anyway, coke prices shouldn't even be part of this discussion imo.

2. Gemma fell asleep, hit a tree, Abel is dead.

reasons Abel is dead: Rewatch the conversation between Gemma and Jax regarding Jax's brother named Thomas dying.

this show just continues to get worse...

i don't even care to go into all the things that have become unbearable to watch but the writing that has transformed juice into clay's neutered bitch is super annoying, theo rossi has developed a severe and never-ending case of emo face.

i'm also over that smug, arrogant look they ask hunman to show off every so often and how jax is supposed to be this new intelligent, shrewd, strategic leader when he's constantly two steps behind everyone and everything going on around him.

awesome work sutter, let's have yet another mostly pointless storyline that does little to nothing to advance any major plotlines, as long as we get to feature joel mchale in a couple episodes and show off some nifty camera angles in yet another dumb high speed motorcycle chase.

jax choosing now with everything going on to get away to the cabin for 2 days and have ****ing gemma watch the kids...just stupid. really ****ty writing becomes so glaring and tilting when you're in the middle of another show (homeland, ldo) that just continues to execute at such a high level.

of course i'll continue watching, but only because sutter is usually good for 1-2 really solid episodes mid-season and a decent to excellent finale.

Except for the really stupid parts, that was awesome!

No way the kid is dead. For one I have a feeling where that story line is going. Second, the blood drops remind me of juice hanging himself and they leave in an audible breath/gasp as it fades into the logo.

Too many nits in this thread. I like Tara and Gemma, so there. Hell, I even like the fat dude with the glasses.

So it's not the Sopranos. It ain't supposed to be. It's a soap opera with motor bikes. deal with it.

Episode was ok.. but I felt like it had a strange tempo to it. Not really sure how to describe it more than that, but it just felt... off.

I thought it wouldve made perfect sense for Gemma's car to go off the road in the exact spot Jax went off the road. Then they all couldve had a little picnic.

Totally agree, it almost seemed as if they were making the storyline up as they were filming.

Ever since the episode with Opie's death, which was epic imo, I have been feeling more and more disappointed with the way the show has gone, it doesn't outright suck but the way the story is progressing is just not grabbing me by the balls, hopefully the second half of the run pulls it back to previous heights.

It did look like towards the end of the show they are seeting Juice up for "something" another time where hes stuck between a rock and a hard place

As far as Abel being dead, this is another case of "Convo about topic then topic happens" kinda thing. "Oh Ook Jax and Gemma are talking about Thomas dying and low and behold..." Though honestly dead or alive doesnt matter much its going to push Gemma further out with Tara and Jax.

Clay always planned to kill off the Nomad's this is obvious, he wants to take over but he needs to seem like "a hero" to do so.
