Wasn't a fan of the finale. Took 3/4 of the episode to lead to the most important part which turned out to be a dud too.

What I would like to see is the real Wells show up, but things happen that seems to indicate RF is back. Everyone is thinking it wasn't the real Wells who showed up after all, but it turns out RF has used his body changer to switch places with someone else. Like Joe.

Since Eddie Thawne killed himself, doesn't that literally mean the RF never existed?

So he never traveled back in time to kill Barry's Mom, and he never killed Harrison Wells, and the Flash was never created?

I guess it's a logical reason for why the wormhole suddenly appeared again.

Only showed up once Eddie died. I think it's there to fix the paradoxes - i.e destroy everything that was created because of Well's. That is, until Flash 'disappears in major crisis'

You know who would be a perfect character to show up on the Legends of Tomorrow show?

Make him a young dude, give him a cool walking stick that he smacks people over the head with, then have him transform into Nabu. He can be struggling with his dual identity as he literally becomes another person.

Can crossover to Flash/Arrow and have him say cool **** like "FATE HAS INTERVENED".

Character writes itself. Him and Firestorm would be best buds despite their odd couple nature whacky whacky!

They do whatever they want in comics, all the time. Kill a major character, then they miraculously show up after a, couple of months. This show is no different. I mean come on, are you really thinking they are going to kill off RF in season 1? Unlikely.

Fwiw it is pretty easy to toss pseudo science at that episode to explain how some things are paradoxes and others are not.

Time travel writing is never neat and the only time it's realistic (ie hard theory) you get Primer which no one understands the first two times they watch it.

For normal TV and film you just gotta hold your nose and leap into it with no reservation. It is what it is.

Really enjoyed finale. It wasn't w/o a few issues but agree that it was a significant step up on the previous episodes. Looking forward to the next season, glad to hear Cavanaugh will be back.

As hard as I am on the show, I really liked the finale. It wasn't perfection, but wasn't awful. I hope they find a way to keep cavanagh, he's really a man among boys when it comes to acting on this show.
