your argument proves my point... there are "students of questionable character" at all schools. google search any univ and you'll see.

some are more newsworthy than others and anything involving osu is going to get headlines because they are osu and lots of folks either love them or hate them.

i could care less about this kid - if he's a puke than i'm fine w/ not putting him on the team. it's not my call though so i'm not going to waste too much mental energy on it!

what i'm more concerned w/ now is MARCH!

I'd also say there's a big difference between a poor kid stealing (or any kid really) and a kid devising a way to molest multiple girls. One is a lot more common than the other.

That's awful. Had something really similar happen to a kid in my high school. He collapsed on the floor of basketball game and never got up. It was a heart defect that caused a massive sudden heart attack.

Yeah, I shouldn't have rushed to judgement on the guy. The stories that he admitted to it were false.

Cops generally err on going too far, not the other way. Sure, there is a possibility there are crooked cops just letting him get away with things. But that could be said about anyone. Has Brady Hoke ever denied raping a girl in 1990?

In this case, it's the DA who makes the call, and I've never heard of one who was too lenient. "Don't worry, it will get pled down".
