so kinda bummed I won't be around AA this weekend. Wife and I had to planned to head north to spend time with her fam and I said this weekend would be good because I don't want to be around the juggalo army (this was before the Utah game). Cooking a 9lb pork shoulder in the crock pot and will have some TWO HEARTED which will be good but not as good as fresh sparty tears

Can someone please tell me what Harbaugh has done as a coach that is so significant it deserves all the hype? I wish him luck to bring Michigan back into a contender which will overall help the B1G, but let's explore the past. He started as a WKU assistant - cool. Then he moved to a Super Bowl contender team (Oakland Raiders) at a QB coach with a 4x pro bowler and previous NFL MVP. Then he went to San Diego, which he had great success in, but it was in a super weak conference called the Pioneer Football League. Never heard of it? Thought so. Then he moved to a rock bottom Stanford team who was on the up tick. His overall record was 29-21. His greatest accomplishment was recruiting Andrew Luck, so I'll give that one to him. He beat an over rated and out matched Virginia Tech team to win the Orange Bowl. In San Francisco the only thing I'm going to say is he kept Colin Kaepernick and benched Alex Smith who was traded to the Chiefs. His team got worse and worse every year. He realized he wasn't a great NFL coach and that his talents were recruiting players to a historically good program that's rock bottom, enter Michigan. The savior is here. He's a great quarterback coach and contagious emotional leader. I wish him luck, but i hope our beat up Spartans (physically and losing respect in the media) can win Saturday. UCLA is another team with a signifcant amount of injuries this year that just started to fall after their loss to ASU 2 weekends ago. MSU lets the play on the field (recent history) speak for itself, hype is just noise.... thanks ESPN. And yes, I researched a lot of the data you see above, but i'm guessing most Michigan fans that are hyping Harbaugh know very little about the guy. And with that, I'm done.
