Rumeal blew his NBA money on cars and strippers, so when his NBA career came to an end he started an investment project to build a casino/hotel in the Caribbean. He convinced his mother to put up her house to help finance this project. Of course, it was a sham and everyone who invested lost their money to Rumeal. His mother who took him off the streets was evicted from her house.

ESPN did a story on this matter which included an interview with Rumeal and his mother (in separate locations.) While his mother was in tears after being evicted from her house because her son like to buy cars and give money to strippers....Rumeal pretty much sat there instulting his mother and telling her to get over it...I mean, it's only a house.

Unfortunately for Rumeal, the bank he stole from in Iowa actually wanted their money back. He was just convicted of a laundry list of charges relating to bank fraud, conspiracy, wire fraud....etc. Got 6.5 years in prison. His mother doesn't have a home anymore, but now Rumeal does. He should crush the prison basketball game.

I'm disappointed that we play so poorly at the start of games. The last 2 home games (today and Purdue) we seem to sleep walk for the first 5-8 minutes and put ourselves in a big hole.

I'd like to see more of Morris taking the ball to the basket when Kansas is pressuring the perimeter to this extent. To keep this close, we are going to have to get a lot of points from the line. Kansas isn't going to give up easy baskets.

Kansas is not a 'good' team. They are an elite team.
