Life is getting in the way. My Aunt has stage 4 metastatic cancer (on lungs and pancreas). She has come to Vegas to be with her sister (my mom) and my gf has basically been hired to cook plant based meals for her. This means I gotta run around doing a lot of shopping and shipping food and BSing with relatives. Plus I never get good sleep cuz my gf wakes me up at 4 to 5 every morning cuz that's when she does most of her cooking/cleaning making tons of noise. Couple this with the fact that I'm tasked every day of my life with trying to make a bipolar gf happy who hates baseball......yeah the energy/passion is just not there to embrace the constant grind of baseball. I may crunch the numbers once in a while tho.

It's OK, sometimes its nice to sit back and enjoy games like today's... greatest victory in franchise history

They lost 1-0 twice, which is still good baseball, and now they had a miracle comeback. It's actually not so bad so far. Don't forget that the team finally has a good manager again.

So far I can't complain. Obviously the team isn't scoring many runs, but for the first time in years it seems that they aren't giving up many either. This could be a .500 team which would be sensational considering the resources they have this season.

Iggy's strikeout in the 3rd inning was ugly. I don't know if Castellanos ever looked as utterly lost at the plate as Iglesias looks right now.
