A question.
I can't figure out Butland.
Let's say I find Butland a good option for GPP (debatable but let's assume that).
And let's assume I wanna pair him with a defender...
Who do I pair Jackie B with? seems like there are no valid options.

Without having properly researched it, Johnson is the one who springs to mind as being the most attacking, which would probably make him the best pick?

Johnson is pretty overpriced imo given that he gets forward no where near the amount he used to. I'd go for Pieters, who is having a better season and is 1.2m cheaper.

Silkworm did I read earlier that you entered 50 teams last night? How on earth did you manage to change them all after teams were announced. I had 18 to do and was pulling my hair out and only just managed to get them done.

Yup my opinion of Johnson was pretty much based on memories of him marauding forward in the past, didn't look at any recent stats or his price.

I did indeed enter 50 unique entries last night, and just had to do some very fast button clicking after teams were announced. It wasn't fun and I almost got caught out. Only have 10 unique teams tonight.

Yeah that's exactly why I enter so many teams, just to get as many combos as possible from the players that I like. No benefit in terms of EV, but reduces variance a bit.

Taken the higher variance route tonight though with 10 teams entered 5x each as not got time to do any more.

Is there an obvious explanation to why mondogoal cap their entries in the big GTs? Seems they have been losing money on them (more so in the £10k gt on a saturday) so why would would you not have uncapped entries? It would create bigger prize pots and it would generate more rake for them.

I don't hedge for the most part save for slightly different lineups when there's an early slate then a reg slate. One cash lineup always pretty much.
Usually 75% cash 25% Gpp.
Biggest losing day was 3.5k when 2 players got red carded.

I agree about the 100 per person but I was talking about the 5,500. Why not have an uncapped entry?

These early CL slates are wild. I'm hooked.

On the other hand the MLS slate today is pretty gross. Throwing darts at bad plays if you want to fit Gio.
