There is a reason there isn't a line up yet. The books don't want to put it at anything less than 7 to get teased to death, and by not putting up a line it allows less exposure to that game. Carolina should win by 14+ vs a very bad Cleveland team.

I quit my job to do something volunteer in 2015. A wealthy guy from CT heard about what I am doing and is funding my trip. I just told him about this suicide pool and how much I need to win and he said "I'll match whatever you win!"

So 14 left $32k in the pot I have 2 selections. I'm leaning towards Detroit & Buffalo at the moment and praying for a week 17 deal. Week 17 is 2 picks if pool has 10+ remaining.

Yeah but he's the type of guy that would fund me more money anyways. A hedge fund mgr from Greenwich CT. He probably makes tens of thousands per day I'm guessing. Money that most of us can't comprehend. Stupid money.

So if just 1 of Oak or Chi wins, you lose 1 survivor entry and the parlay. Does not seem good.

I think the reason he sent that is because I wrote "here are my final picks". Either that or he wasn't thinking. If most people took buffalo I'll root against them as long as Detroit wins

Carolina not a huge favourite at all. Just 3.5 points and -179.

Bills are now 6.5 faves. Subjectively I see more reason for the Raiders to lose than to try to win.

Looking over everyone's previous picks in a 5 left pool and what they have left. Only 2/5 including myself have PHI, and DET but just realized the other person with PHI left has GB left still and the other DET person should surely take DET it's their best option apart from STL this week.

Would it be safe to assume that they'll use GB and what may indeed happen is I'll be the only 1 on PHI if I take them, instead of 1 of 2 on DET if I take them and thus make PHI a better choice?
