I absolutely agree, but if I remember correctly part of the issue last year was that players weren’t given the IR tag yet on yahoo when our cuts were due. That timing can be problematic.

Maybe but I think I remember I was able to IR him. It's better the way we are doing it now.

Are they on IR?
If yes, they can be on your IR spot.
If no, they can't.

Remember that entire year where the rosters got messed up and the max roster was 25? We didn't all get to roster 25 people.

You can be at 21 if you have a player available for IR. Henry is designated as PUP not IR so you can't put him in the IR slot. I thought in the above post you said its not tricky for figure out. What are you not understanding?

You aren't disagreeing with the rule. Hunter isnt even on IR so there is no rule to discuss. You just dont know the difference between PUP and IR. If you want me to explain it to you I can.

1) Commish said I could fix them if I got back to him by the time waivers cleared. I had only myself to blame for missing the due date but if commish let’s me change the cuts that’s on him not me.

2) Also not my fault that the commish changed cut rule from ‘20 total’ to ‘20 + 1 IR if yahoo lets them’ after the cuts were due.

Your troubles are caused by the commish, not me.

I may have to wait till week 2 or 3 to declare who the mortal lock is this year.

Right now it's still unclear. I had wanted to label one team in particular and they are already seeing some funny variance. But I still think it's worth seeing how things go week 1. The mortal lock is not something I toss around lightly.

Waiting for DJ to get hurt in the first half of the game today too. At least he got paid. I was happy to see that. Something wrong with the best RB in the league being paid less than 2 million a year.
