Maybe we can vote on expanding roster spots too. Whats the point in these massive rosters without playing a CI and MI. I love alot of my prospects, but I dont see myself playing the lower half of them. (Matt Adams, Olt etc for next years). Would play them if we had a CI spot. Now Im just stashing them cause I dont want anyone else to have them :P

UCL is one the ligaments in elbow. Severe tears require Tommy John. Don't know yet if that'll be required in Matt Harvey's case.
