Yah I have some strong thoughts, don't even think about it! Swisher is fine and all, but he's like a career .250 hitter. Unless he is by far the worse player in a 2 person deal or something it's not even worth considering. Don't trade him unless you are getting an elite player... just because this guy has been aggressive doesn't mean other people won't jump if you make it clear that you are willing to move him. Remember, 2nd base/ SS are probable 2 of the 3 toughest positions to get good production out of, and OF and is probably the the most abundant position in terms of talent. To give you an idea, a guy in my league rejected my offer of Nelson Cruz and Randy Wolf for Zobrist. That isn't to say that is the most accurate depiction of Zobrists value, you need to get at least one elite/borderline elite player to trade zobrist. Swisher might be his 2nd worst outfielder, and his outfield isn't very good to begin with so there is no way you want him as part of this deal.
I would probably just sit on Zobrist. He is legit, the Rays seems legit, and trading him after a meh start probably isnt the most optimal strategy, especially when your team has been performing well. If you want to move him, make sure you are getting at least one super strong piece. If OF continues to plague you, you should be able to get a Werth/Either calibur outfield when they aren't en fuego instead of someone like swisher. Just don't move him unless you get an offer significantly upgrades another weak area of your team.
