If we are talking about "going over the limit", it's a 1 day ban. They usually send an email warning first. Did you get one?

If you are talking about multi-accounting, bonus abuse, underage play, etc. (such as fake multiple accounts in the same household), they suspend the account.

As of last fall I was told that they had only handed out seven 1 day bans for going over the limit. This was also reiterated in a RG thread somewhere.

I know multiple people that work for FD. I also did some consulting for them a long time ago.

if every site that changed their lobby in the last six months could just revert the changes for me that would be great

Well it took amaya/victiv all of one day to read between the lines, MI players out. I would expect the other sites to follow suit in short order. And if it was that easy to ban DFS in MI (had anyone even heard this was in the works? Joe's post was the first I'd heard) I would imagine it's that easy to ban it anywhere else too.

Yes there is a lot of money to be made in DFS. I'm guessing he is about to move to a better state.

Is there a season long commitment?

I've noticed there's a microphone icon on their webpage and when I click it, it asks for a promo code. Do you know any?

Are there immediate cash payouts?

Nope you just win shiploads of money, I can link you a video of what winning a million dollars feels like if you want. They give you a big check in a bar as soon as it happens.

After you get the form letter replies from the d-bag pols you might want to drop a line to MI's 4 major sports franchises. They're all invested in DFS and probably have more clout with the pols than us lowly citizens.Hopefully for MI players the state is just posturing for a piece of the action. It must be reassuring to MI citizens that their schools, cities and local economies are in such great shape their hard working bureaucrats have the time to go after the scourge of DFS.

Michigan already has an income tax (a flat 4.35% of what you report on your federal). They are not entitled to any more piece of the action than that (from the winners obviously), and not sure how they could negotiate anything else or feel they have a right to anything more. I hope more states don't start thinking like this. Has there been any information on their reasoning or how this happened so fast?

I meant the state would want to shake down the sites not the players.

I know, I just don't get how lawmakers think they should be able to do that. There won't be a DFS industry if every state does this and then they won't get any income tax from the winners in their state either. It's just lose-lose.

Can you bet horses online in Michigan?

Difference between this and poker is that this has the massive NFL and all their billionaire owners somewhat relying on it. None of the rich old white guy establishment really benefitted from online poker.

lol at this crooked NJ politician pretending it's a problem because his butthurt dirty Atlantic City casino owner friend told him to

The twitter responses to Pallone are spot on and 100% unanimous against this
hypocritical d-bag.He's all for sports betting in Jersey but must ''look into DFS"
Jersey has the highest taxes in the country, disastrous inner city crime, infrastructure and school systems. The state pension fund is broke and his district has a HUGE heroin problem. It's a good thing for Jerseyans this a**holes on the watch. As a former resident of NJ the sad thing is hacks like this get re-elected over and over again.

P.S. do you think this j*rkoff reached out to Republicans on something important like Iran nukes, immigration or healthcare.I doubt it.

To be fair we are currently the hypocritical ones by allowing DFS but not sports betting.
