Tyrell's ceiling is to high to not use the #1WW priority on him unless you are completely stacked at WR and need a RB bad. Most of the guys that, if the starter went down, have as high or higher ceilings are already rostered. I'd personally still put a claim in on him if the league is full of people that like to trade. He he busts you can drop him for the flavor of the week at WR down the road.

I mean do any of you remember someone saying yeah Kamar Aiken won me my league last year? Those low end WR3 type guys can be found on the wire through out the season. I bet Danario Alexander won a few people their leagues in 2012. There is probably 140+ targets available now that Keenan Allen is out for the season. SD looks to be behind most games.

IDK.......there is some great FF minds in here saying hold that claim but I'm fist pump grabbing this guy.

Lost keenan so my wr are now: AB, Decker, Cobb, Rishard Matthews (who looks to be droppable). Start 3 so definitely need to pick someone up. I'm deep at RB (CJ, Latavius, Ware, Woodhead, Mathews) but people seem reluctant to trade. Best offer I've seen is Tajae for Latavius...thoughts? Also curious how much of my waiver budget I should be bidding on Tyrell Williams/Eli Rogers, most other guys are already rostered.

I bid around 30% on Tyrell and nothing on Eli. I think his value is temporary and won't have much value in a couple of weeks. I could be wrong.

Watch his 5 targets and remember they were trying to protect a lead. He looks bigger and faster than everybody and jumps off the tape.
I'm saying save it for when a RB goes down. There's a difference between jumping off the tape and actually being fantasy relevant - we still have no idea where these targets are gonna go. I think he's worth grabbing as a flyer but not with the number one waiver

Sigh.. I need wr help but can't justify using my #2 waiver on tyrell will. Its more of a curse than a blessing to start the season with a high waiver imo.

This. People make stupid drops all the time. If there is no one really worth a waiver, don't use it. You could be surprised who is up for grabs after waivers.

What about using your #1 waiver as trade bait? That's an option.

following qb's are available:

ryan @ oak
flacco @ cle

I like Flacco this year. They have some WR that fit well with his down the field game. Look for Perriman to become more involved as the year progresses giving Flacco another vertical threat to go along with Wallace.

I would drop Tyrod for Flacco. His schedule is poor the next 5 weeks whereas Flacks is pretty soft.

Dalton seems like the best option long term, though Flacco has some good matchups coming up. Def don't drop Tyrod until at least seeing how he looks on Thursday night. If he looks hopeless then maybe just roll with Dalton and Flacco.

Guy in one of my leagues just dropped Watkins. He went on our league chat about an hour after the fact (im assuming when he noticed the drop) and said that he meant to drop RG3. Commish should overturn this and put Watkins back on his roster right?

Fwiw I have #1 waiver and said he should get Watkins back on his roster, still waiting to hear from commish.

I'm in the camp of definitely give him Watkins back. Interested to see what others say.

As long as watkins owner mentions this before waivers clear he should get him back.

Our old league used to make the player burn their own waiver priority to get him back which is a reasonable compromise (no one else could bit for Watkins in that case)

He's too dumb to be in a belicheat system. I'm thinking the Colts or redskins as a possible landing spot.

Im obsessing on to Tyrell or not. Watched game film. The guy looks legit fast, powerful. Agree he jumps off the tape.

I need a running back tho. Wait gir the chance, or grab this guy and trade?

who would we rather have ROS rams or jets?

Jets, don't love either schedule though. They got a ton of sacks on Sunday which is why I'm leaning them moving forward, plus they have some form of offense so may be able to take a breather now and then.

Fuller>Rodgers>Tyrell

Lol at any leagues where Fuller and Rodgers weren't drafted.
