It's now been 13 days and this simple security issue has not been resolved. I have made the following complaint to both the Kahnawake Gaming Commission and the Malta Lotteries & Gaming Authority (you display both logos on your web site):

The secure server for rpmpoker (secure.rpmpoker.com) reports that their Thawte SSL certificate expired on September 1st. This issue has been reported to RPM by myself and other players starting on the 1st. Although their representative has several times claimed that they are fixing this issue, it has now been 14 days with no fix. All private player information is held on this secure server, which means that this information is no longer being kept secure as promised.
This is what you claim in your website FAQ, which no longer holds true since your security certificate is expired:

Quote:
RPMPoker.com deposits are processed using 128 bit data encryption to ensure the highest level of privacy and confidentiality of your personal data and financial information both to and from the online poker software and website. All financial and personal data is stored on secure servers and only RPMPoker.com management staff have access to financial information. Secure.RPMPoker.com, our dedicated player support website, has been issued a Thawte SSL certificate and trusted site seal to ensure our players that their personal information is protected and that our website is validated so they may transact safely and securely. Authentic Sites use Thawte SSL certificates to offer secure communications by encrypting all data to and from the site.
Thirteen days without security coverage for all player personal information is inexcusable.

I have also sent a complaint to Thawte.

I assumed he was going down the list of people who play/rake most or have the most in their accounts, or something. Either that or going down the list of most annoying people in the support forums, in that case I wonder if I was the first one.

Anyways the personal gesture is nice, along with being able to email Jon/Seth personally and having a reply within a few hours is not something I'm used to at bigger sites.

Btw, who is this?

i also got a phone call fwiw. i assumed it was because i went from raking a bunch in June/July to <1/2 in august and almost nothing in september. was a friendly "just checking in" type call tho. didn't pressure me to play or ask why volume decreased. i even chuckled and said this call must be because I stopped playing haha. Was a little hard to understand what the guy was saying (like a mic was too far away or something), didn't even understand when they said their name haha. appreciate the gesture though.

A point of information here; there was never an issue of security. The SSL encryption has been intact for the entire time the certificate was expired.

To clarify, what the SSL certificate does is tell the browser that the site is verified by a certificate authority. Because the certificate was expired and could not be verified by the browser, a warning would have been displayed (and was) that said the site may have been unverified, though that was not the case in this instance. The certificate does not renew automatically. Though we requested its renewal immediately after the issue was initially discovered, a communication error occurred and the process was inadvertently delayed.

The certificate has since been renewed successfully, and the certificate's expiration never affected the encrypted transmission of the data or the functionality of the Player Admin.

Was nice to see this has been fixed when I logged into player admin now, almost as nice as UPS coming by today.

I'm glad to see the issue was finally taken care of. I hope next time the expiration date comes around you do the renewal in advance. I know I get e-mails from godaddy starting a couple months in advance to remind me to renew.

Has anyone had problems using Mergekeys on RPM? Are there any other AHK programs that work with RPM?

Temporary fix for MergeKeys:

http://ns2059.hostgator.com/~jl12345...0Installer.exe

Please let me know if there are any issues with this version.

If you are using MergeKeys to auto open MergeMods, you will get an error message. MergeMods still not working.......so make sure to switch table carpet off of black.

In before cool story bro.

So, RPM has never been kind to me really win-wise. Granted I only had like 500 games total under my belt including SNG and tournies, (they just dont fill fast enough). I had about $330 left in my BR, and basically blew it all in one giant ST HU match against a "pro" Jared Hubbard. ...I should have kept the HH before I uninstalled after I lost but it went down like this.

First stage 25/50
he bumps it to 100
I call with 87o
I hit a bottom straight.
He bets 100
I reraise 300
He goes allin
I call
he shows AA and and turn is J river is A.

Byebye Bankroll haha.

Oh well. To blackhawk! Live > online anyway.

I miss fulltilt and table ninja
