Is anyone else missing Hand histories? Just made a buy in and a half, and my HEM says I'm down 1/4 a buy in. Just wondering if this problem is happening to others as well.

This has been happening to me as well. I also noticed that my HEM doesnt recognize split pots, and awards the entire pot to one player.

I see people in a hurry to sign up for RB before the June 1st deadlline, I was wondering will there be an option for current RB players to opt out of RB if they feel the newly implemented VIP program will be more EV.

Once you open an account RPMSeth will hook you up; just post that you have a real money account and he'll do the rest. (Include your screename)

I believe there will be an option, I would expect most players will do much better off under rakeback, unless they put in SNE type volume.

Is it better to have a rakeback affiliate or get rakeback directly through RPMSeth?

Your link only goes to one post and it mentions 3 way pots. It happens to me sometimes in HU AI pots. I do not know for sure if it happens at other times as well.

When I go to History in the client I usually cannot access hands from prior days even though I have it set for being saved for 7 days. It just says "Loading". Sometimes I cannot even get the all hands from the client for the session I just played as not all the tables are listed. I have not been able to get any of the problem hands to give to HEM. If anyone else can please do.

quik question guys..im playin 10nl on rpm n i have hem runnin n its up n runnin fine on all my tables, but wen i go into the hem client n try to look at my graph from this session its just blank n no hands r there..ne one know why and how to fix. also wen i click the session tab its tracking everything but its just not in the graph for some reason..ne help wud b great

ok so i deposited $10 on RPM so i can have a rakeback account if i ever decide to play there properly.. gave the software a trail run and i have to say...

WTF is up with that slider thing? has to be the worst slider ive ever experienced - doesnt even move up in big blinds just seems completely shoddy, mouse wheel has no effect etc... checked the options but couldnt see anything or am i missing something??

also the fold call raise buttons seem too small and dont stand out enough... (same colour as the other stuff)

obv merge is going to be raking alot more cash from here on in so hopefully they can spend some of that improving their software please??

I have a RPM account with rakeback, but am waiting to get my money off of FTP so I can make a deposit onto RPM. Since I already have an account with RB, will I receive my RB or do I need to make a deposit on RPM before June 1 in order to receive it? Again, as soon as I get my money (hopefully) from FTP, it's immediately going onto RPM. I hope this make sense!

As long as you have rakeback enabled on your account before June 1st, you're all set!

Biggest is the 100k they're now running on Sundays, $109 BI. However, there are some other daily GTE's and other big ones (17.5k, 10k etc)

RPM and Merge is looking pretty awsome. This 100 seats to the 100k freeroll is basically free money, I hate tournies but this is pretty cool of them to do. The daily promos also provide great incentive to play, and the software has grown on me. Very impressed! Thnx for the fast response times and support Seth.
