If your point is that Jews play a lot of poker, then ok. But if your claim is more about the skill of the Jews that play, then you would have to know how many Jews played these events, not just assume that it follows the same demographics as the population of the world(? US?) as a whole.

The evidence on IQ suggests that Poles may be the most intelligent but imo intelligence by race is not a good area to discuss. There is so much overlap between and mixing of ethnicities that I think it should be ignored.

It's a good question, but it also needs some control.

Consider this question for example; "Why are there so few Oromo winners in cross country skiing?" (For those that are too lazy to click the link, Oromo is an ethnic group hailing from Kenya/Ethiopia)

Should one assume that the more typical heritage for such a winner (Northern European/Germanic) is on average physically superior to an Oromo person? Should one assume these Northern Europeans are specifically chosen by God?

Only the other day i was watching 2 months 2 million for the first time and apart from Emil everybody seemed a bit jewish to me. In the end it wasn't 2 months 2 million but 3 jews 3 hundred thousand.

More seriously I believe that the beliefs of those Jewish versus non Jewish is part of the explanation for both WSOP cashes and Nobel prizes. Jewish people tend to think that God wants people to accomplish things to the best of their ability and to learn about the world in a logical manner. Most religious non Jews seem to think that God's main concern is how they feel about him.

That's as likely to be the result of 2000 years of persecution or their traditions as anything else. Plus the WSOP is not the best arena in which to judge the possible side benefits of the various faiths since many of them are not represented there.
