I think I am being precise. He is not an atheist. He might think atheism is possible but he doesn't think it likely. He thinks Judaism and Islam are also un likely. He understands the gospel and think it is the most likely of all. But not quite as lkely as its untruth. He thinks it is slightly more likely that the truth is one of the unlikely alternatives but he doesn't know which one.

Sort of similar to how you felt three months ago about Alabama winning the national championship.

Which remnds me, An Alabama - Notre Dame championship game must be tough for you. The deep south vs the Christian school. Then again they are Catholic and those borderline heretics should not expect you to give up your heritage.

I need for them both to lose. I'm a Tiger. The only thing worse than the Tide is the Fighting Irish (well, maybe Ole Miss).
