The UIGEA regs aren't that bad. At a minimum, the banks seem to still be allowed to accept payment from a site and give that on to you. So your money isn't in any danger. And compliance isn't mandatory for 13.5 months, anyway.

I'm talking about KY, where a judge has ruled that the sites have to cut off KY players by Monday. That's what I'm worried about.

Also. Has Kentucky actually legally been allowed to do what they are doing? Seems like seizing internet domain names falls well outside their jurisdiction
