I forgot another story where a guy shipped wine, which you're not allowed to do, but he knew that so he told us it was something else, insured it for $500, and it got damaged, and he called and said "My wine broke. I want my $500." We was pretty pissed we wouldn't give him his $500 and we wouldn't even refund his shipping money since he misrepresented it to us. That was funny.

People with a special license with UPS, and only to a business (not a residence) that also has a license. It's a big PITA.
