But there was a 5 year period, around the release of Jagged Little Pill where I couldn't walk 20 feet without a stranger telling me how much I looked like Alanis Morissette...to the point where some of them clearly didn't believe me when I told them I wasnt.

Don't get me wrong--they're both very attractive women--but I've never seen myself as remotely resembling either.

I feel like I'm grossly over-representing my potential hotness with the Alanis anecdote. It was probably mostly because I'm Canadian, and from not too far from where she lived. She's significantly more attractive.
