Well, I've got to say I wasn't expecting much after watching an opening montage of terrible CGI, which for a movie that's not at all about action sequences just seemed like a brainless exercise. Add to that, it's a film about "the afterlife", and has this hyperlink cinema styling where multiple distinct storylines run side by side throughout - things I normally detest - and I'm surprised I even made it all the way through. Testament, I guess, to what a great director Clint Eastwood is. At least it managed to tie its storylines together somewhat successfully, and didn't go overboard on the slushy sentimentality. Not a classic, but bearable.
