You know what? The thread is better without trooper in it

I agree.

Also if you want to be berated by Trooper like he used to itt, just make a YouTube comment he doesn't agree with. He'll swear at you, call you names, and challenge you to a fight...

+915 from Trooper. He's back baby!

"That hot ass cocktail waitress looked at me funny when she saw this camera. I don't know how I feel about that"

I'm surprised he didn't screencap her ass and make the title of todays vid "She Looked At Me Funny"

So $600 of the $915 was jackpot/high hand money. He says he counts that in his stats going towards his winrate.

According to that logic, does this mean Trooper counts his $40,000 bad beat jackpot in his stats?

If so, it's no wonder he claims to be a lifetime winner at 1-2. He had a $40k head start.

I wonder if he used that math to come up with a $20 hourly at 1/2. All I gotta do is hit a bbj once a year. He can count it all he wants, he's still going to end 2016 and beyond with a losing year.

Do I add bonus money to my poker bankroll? Yes.

Do I count it in my hourly? No.

Seems like Trooper is stretching pretty hard to improve his hourly. I agree with the above poster in that he must have counted his $40K BBJ win from years ago in his hourly to claim to be a winner at poker.

Of course he counts that 40k in his hourly. It boosts his ego, and he thinks hes earned it by paying rake towards the promo.

Tim is the type that if he was playing slots instead of poker and hit a 40k jackpot early on, would say that hes plus EV playing slots bc he can read the machines better than most people and determine which ones have better chances of paying out big.

Him hitting any high hand/jackpots are terrible for him. Its only making him believe hes a winner even more now and boosting his already inflated ego.

Nice win for TheTrooper! But he must be down a ton to count a promo jackpot into his winrate.

60 fps is better than 30 fps.

After posting this, I'm sure Tim will go back to 30 fps because he usually does the opposite of what is mentioned in the thread.

Adding it to his winrate is fine IMO. It's not like an extra $600 will change the winrate much anyway, and high hand promotions are much easier to hit than a bad beat jackpot. I've hit the high hand promotions occasionally. Isn't he still down several thousand for the year anyway?

Please tell me he's not really this pathetic.

I don't know. Any true grinder wants to keep their winrate pure. Padding it with promo money doesn't let you know where you're at when it's time to move up. I want to know how much I'm profiting off other poker players, not how much I'm profiting off of the casino just because I paid rake towards it. Something like the TI rakeback from a while back or freeroll profits would maybe fall under gambling profits but definitely not towards my winrate.

He's down about 4-5k for the year.

He is probably adding the Patron and YouTube money into the win (loss) rate.

If that's the case then he probably counted that .39 cent slot ticket he picked up off the floor at Bionions last week. Every penny counts.

I add it to my hourly too. If my hourly is affected negatively by paying promo rake, then adding the money won in a high hand will even it out in the long run.

Even I have more hope for the trooper than this. He wouldn't add people's donations to his winrate. At least, I hope he wouldn't.

Don't forget the Mailtime Starbucks gift cards he adds to his loss rate.

Don't sweat it man. Troopers pom-pom waving cheerleaders will defend him no matter what. You couldn't convince them in a million years.
