Why do you think his game is better for 2/5? I hear people make these claims about themselves all the time and I'm usually very skeptical. The players at 1/2 are clearly worse.

He could make more money at 2/5 because it's a much bigger game though.

Like the latest two Vlogs Troop, the night time shots of Vegas make me hanker for a trip back there.

I need to save hard for the series next year!

What is the other project you are taking on, or is that top secret at the moment?

Is your ""freeroll"" money part of the staking agreement or 100% to you? Are you freerolling the ""freeroll""?

Rake is rake no matter where you play. He calculated the jackpot drop he pays hourly

You can't ignore the other rake paid.

But how does he save money by playing in a different room? Rake and tips are an issue in every room.

For the purpose Trooper's freeroll cost calcuation, under the assumption that all poker rooms are at the same rake level excepting the "freeroll drop" and the poker playing hours will be logged in Harrah's versus a non-freeroll drop room, then the "other rake paid" can be ignored as it is equal in both equations. Trooper's calculation seems satisfactory.

Ty. The guy went from troll to ****tard. Btw, Harrah's rakes $4 max on the right

Harrahs obv place I'll set up for cash games during November when not playing wsopc at PH

Unless cash side games at Ph are too damn good

Seen the trooper at Aria playing last night seat 1. He look focus. I was a few tables nearby. Keep stacking them chips.

your "skill" doesn't take place in true EV config/computation in tournaments.

also, that rest of the contributions needs to be prorated over the entire time commitment.

Either you are winning or losing. I am sure I am not the only one that lost $250 waiting for the "free" drink to arrive.

Exactly all other things (rake + tips) being fairly equal at all rooms the only ADDITIONAL expense is the jackpot drop

Iron Maiden coming to Mandalay Bay Events Center Feb. 26th Trooper - I already know you're on that presale game.
