Hotel4Tonight is the nuts, suggest anyone booking hotels on the fly use it. A lot of weekday rates are awesome. Even Friday nights I've seen PH or Ballys be under $80 which is pretty good. IP on a Monday this week was $15 haha.
He means HotelTonight, a blind bidding service that is apparently accessible only from their iPhone or Android apps. So far I haven't found any reviews of their service (for example how it compares to Priceline or Hotwire).
Wow, just got my comp rates for Nov-Jan, stone awful. Couple weeks have 2 days/free, most have 0 days free. Caesars is left off there entirely. Maybe I'm going there too often or not gamb00ling enough, would think they'd be trying to give away more rooms during the winter, at least midweek.
Is downtown vegas and freemont st ever worth checking out?
Not sure if your question is serious or sarcastic, but to me the answer is yes. I went to Fremont for the first time on our last trip and really had fun. And I don't even drink.

Quick traffic avoidance question. I am staying at Excalibur and plan on driving to the Bellagio garage to play at Aria and Bellagio. Is it possible/preferable to get onto Tropicana then make a left on Audrie, a left on Paris Drive and enter the Bellagio garage by crossing the Strip? This seemed preferable to Dean Martin to Hotel Rio Drive to Flamingo and then south on the Strip, but I cannot tell if it works or would be quicker around midnight.
Also, when I leave the Bellagio garage, can I go the reverse way on Paris Drive, south on Audrie, east on Harmon, and north into the Venetian? Any other suggestions on avoiding the Strip to access Bellagio and Venetian would be appreciated. Thanks.
I have 2 complimentary tickets to Phantom September 28th or 29th and have no interest in going so if anyone wants them lemme know. I will get them when I check in to V the 28th (don't know if I can pick Wed. or Thur.) I would like to give them to someone who has contributed to this forum.

There's probably a way via Frank Sinatra that would be better- likely FS up to Rue de Monte Carlo and then back out onto the strip. But it all depends on what time of day you're doing this. Most of the time your best option is probably just taking the strip and not bothering with all the rest. It ain't that far.

Stay west of the strip. between the highway, Industrial and Frank Sinatra it's amuch easier side to zip up and down.
I'm trying to plan a large group dinner for a bachelor party, 12 people. They decided they didn't want to spend too much over $75pp. I was thinking something shared plate like pizza/tapas/sushi might be best for bill splitting, but open to any suggestions. Thanks.
By the tram he means the bus they call "the deuce". There is a stop out side wal-greens between the Plazzo and the Venetian for example. Plazzo is very
close to Fashion Show Mall .... good for your GF ... not good for you ... lol.

By tram, I mean the free version of the monorail that is on the same side as Bellagio. I do not mean the deuce. Understand that the tram does not run the length of that side of the strip as the monorail does on its side.
Dear god, 7 days with someone who is under 21? Sounds like a nightmare. And Irish student ID is not valid ID. Passport is. And yes, they card.
Your girlfriend will not be able to gamble or otherwise loiter (meaning she can walk but not stop) in the casino. No clubs, obviously. Shows, restaurants and shopping are about it. Have a feeling (or really, really hope) she's too old for Adventuredome.
