Fool me once, shame on you. Try to fool over and over again on camera...well, then you must be the Trooper.

The CIC pulled this off so why cant the Troopster?

I heard them call a Tim W at Bellagio around 9 pm. I didn’t see anyone show up. Lol that probably makes it more likely it’s him.

^ His lasting sugar daze from his cheat day made him confuse the Bellagio with the Nugget, and left before they called him. Has he said why he likes the Nugget so much, btw? He loses there frequently.

I really hope (although wouldn't be surprised) if he's one of those people who puts their name on the list and then disappears without telling them to take their name off the list. Or calls in and then completely no shows without calling to take your name off the list.

It's obviously not the worst thing in the world but very disrespectful and annoying for other players.

I've seen plenty of players see a list of 5-7 people and walk away because they thought they wouldn't be seated. Then they start calling names and 4 people aren't there, 1 guy sits, and bam! no list or a list of just 2.

I suspect he does this since he always holds an empty seat when he goes walking for 30-60 minutes.

I have also been at his table when he walks away but lurks by keeping an eye on the table waiting for it to break or something. The table ended up breaking and as I'm stacking my chips to go to my new table, bam! Trooper happens to appear and requests another seat. So annoying and disrespectful!

He has entitlement tilt and feels that he is due to win big at the Nugget because he has lost so much there so he keeps going back hoping to have a big night (just like a slots player who has put so much into a machine that they feel that it's about to pay off so they keep sitting at the same machine because they are "invested")

or

He simply likes to self sabotage in all aspects of his life so he goes to where he keeps losing again and again till he runs out of money

He used to win at Golden Nugget a lot and lose on the Strip. Back then people asked him why he didn’t play at Golden Nugget more often.

  • They let him film his cards at the table.
  • Uncapped buy-in = bigger games = experimenting with playing higher stakes, but with no risk of anyone saying, "Trooper tried 2-5 again and failed".
  • If he doesn't feel like walking much it's easy to park and easy to get B-roll shots of Fremont Street (plus Fremont hot naked chick shots have been some of his most-viewed videos).
  • He wants to be famous so it feels good to go somewhere people know him as a local YouTuber instead of a place where almost no one will recognize him.
  • Habit/familiar/feels like home...

This prolonged downswing Trooper has been on has not been helped by diet, exercise, or cleaning his apartment. So it must be life tilt from Kelly. We have to get this dude a new girlfriend ASAP!

Now taking your suggestions for Trooper's eHarmony, Match.com, OKCupid, Plenty of Fish, Tinder, etc.

A Grindr ad would work best but he claims not to be gay, so yeah...

Registered 2018, if you are saying accountants Brad Owen or Priestly work at a tax prep office during tax season good for them! They can make good money in a short time. A lot of CPAs only work during tax season and take off the rest of the year.

Last week Trooper mentioned talking to Starbucks management so I guess his big Tuesday surprise is he is getting a job as a manager at a Starbucks????

I would say maybe he's displaying his merchandise there or having a special coffee named after him but I don't think franchise rules allow that sort of thing.

Or maybe he's starting some kind of meet up group or poker hand discussion group at a Starbucks where they will give him a cut of the sales.

All this talk of Boski's hats being illegal trademark/copyright infringement is malarkey. It's satire. As long as it's satire you can get away with anything. That's how Weird Al Yankovic made millions copying popular songs. And that's how "Dumb Starbucks" was created. http://blog.jipel.law.nyu.edu/2016/1...umb-starbucks/

Cuz it's where guys like him go to play, you know real poker players, not gamblers and people who raise internet hands.

Absolutely nothing wrong with a poker player using one's training to make sure money during high volume periods, then playing the rest of the year.

However, he emphasized that he will never ask the other player to run it twice, but if the other player asks him whether he wants to run it once or twice, Barry tells him to do it whichever way he prefers.

Here's the entire 4+ hour podcast. The discussion about running it twice starts around 2:09:20. Barry's statement that he never offers to run it twice is at about 2:12:35.

Fair enough. I guess when I heard that I interpreted it as his bankroll is not where he wants it to be and he doesn't want to take the swings. So, though he wouldn't ask, he was hoping they would. I see I read too much into it.

I suggested to him a few weeks ago about selling a Nitro Bullet Coffee, maybe they picked up on it.

Excellent article - however, please see the US Supreme Court case: Campbell v. Acuff- Rose Music, Inc.

Merely calling something a "parody' does not make it so (there is a multi-level test to make said determination) - something along the lines of what Boski and PK are doing could be deemed "satire" by the Court - something which is not really protected

Good to have an open debate on this topic - thanks Alex Trebek's Cat

Trooper vs. Boski would make an all time great episode of Judge Judy though.

Weird Al got permission and approval from the original artist for every sone he parodied, so not quite.

Hey All,

I need cliffs/the back story on how/why Mike Matusow played in Trooper's Westgate game. I haven't seen his vlogs in a while but I'm curious how that came about. Please don't make me watch a couple months of Trooper vlogs to find out.

Hi No Quarter!
