The mods are afraid to embarrass Trooper.

If he is Trooper (and he is), pistol noon embarrasses Trooper every time he posts here. If he isn't Trooper, he still embarrasses Trooper with every post. Seems like the only purpose of that account is to come here and insult people that criticize Trooper.

I've actually disliked Trooper more because of pistol noon, blackballed, etc. They don't help him at all.

The one account from Casey a while back that showed up right after he left and said things like "I warned you about him Tim" was really weird.

I dont mind them too much (apart from their trolling). It really shows u the type of person that supports a person like trooper. Its a small window into these die hard trooper supporters. Ugly

I assure you that it was more painful to experience.

Jeff - I know you follow this thread and I really do like your stuff, but I think some folks, myself include, will feel this borders on vlog bait and switch and you probably should go back to posting content that is better matched with the title of the vlog. Good luck for the rest of the series though - #bagandtag.
If I titled the Vlog "$1k PLO day 2 and commentary at Golden Nugget" people would complain that I am spoiling that I didn't make day 3. My goal was not to bait and switch.

If I can speak for the regs of this thread, thanks for occasionally posting here.

You are the only one of the major Vegas vloggers to do so. (unless you count Trooper and his gimmick account)

Good luck in the Main Event and love when you show your boxers..they look like magnificent beasts..

That's a fair response - I think we both understand where the other is coming from. I hope I speak for many when I saw your vlogs are well paced, consistently entertaining, and represent a nearly perfect combination of similar stuff each time yet also new aspects mixed in. The dry humor is also unmatched and a treat each time.

Ya..I enjoy that too. You and Brad Owen have a pretty dry sense of humor..and it is appreciated.

Sorry you didn't find Trooper at the Golden Nugget..don't forget to also look for him at Bally's and Excalibur. Those are obviously the three rooms you would expect to find any top Vegas poker vlogger in during the WSOP.

I expect Trooper will be adding Sam's Town to his rotation soon..

He is clearly hiding. Its why he wont play in vloggers game or be caught in big rooms and Rio

Sad.

I guess it's just the complete opposite of all you haters/trools and that really shows the type of person you guys really are. It's pitiful you guys have nothing better in your lives then to come in here and spew hatred every day.

I wonder why Neeme never posts here ? hmmm

I noticed trooper has made 700+ videos over 3-4 years. How many thousands of hours did he spend making them? How much time away from the tables? If you break it down he getting paid 1 to 2 dollars for every one he made.Think about that.

I think most people watch the Trooper channel for entertainment value of laughing at the lead character do dumb things in his life. It's like a comedy show.

We come to this forum to laugh and joke about that character together, again for entertainment value.

I guess some people get entertainment value from depending this character and criticizing our fun.

While I agree that 700 videos times 3.5 hours per video comes out to over a year of grinding full time (40 hours a week) but he's making more than $2 per video. Plus if he actually tried, his channel would grow and it would be the groundwork for when it gets bigger but he seems to have peaked already (thanks to the HUGE boost he got from Neeme entering the scene) so I would definitely agree that his time would have been MUCH better utilized towards poker.

I don't get why these Trooper defenders feel that Trooper doesn't deserve all the criticism that he gets.

First, the criticism comes entirely from what he does and posts in his videos voluntarily.

Second, he seems to fuel all of the criticism and actually encourages rude behavior with his own responses to the criticism and his arrogant rants calling people names like "haters" and "cesspool".

Third, if it wasn't for the drama and criticism, he would have WAY less viewers and his channel would have no value. I watch ENTIRELY because I want to see the comments section blow up and this thread to blow up after he flips out and rants about everyone being out to get him. If Trooper for a sane and reasonable person like Neeme, his videos would have no value.

That's why I feel I'm helping him out by keeping the narrative going and following along. It's the shock value effect. It's probably the same reason that reality TV stars are so big. People want to see the dumb and shocking stuff they will do next.

I'm waiting for Trooper to do something really stupid in his next video. The problem comes when we get used to his antics and he needs to up the shock value. I don't know what he would do other than a video where he blows up at someone new and starts crying about being broke. It seems like it's time for one of those. They usually come during the summer. Maybe it's the heat?
