I agree with this post 100%. Slow Poker can always stop making videos altogether, but that would suck, because they're hilarious. And why all the hate for guys with low VPIP? I mean, it's his money at risk, not yours. He's entitled to play however he wants. I consider my own VPIP to be low, maybe less than optimal, maybe a bit cautious, but I look for good spots and take advantage. Nothing wrong with that.

They are nothing but trolls and bullies. Almost all of their posts are complaining or putting someone down. When someone points this out or corrects them they act like little politicians and spin that comment to give them something new to complain about, or twist it so they can see themselves as the victim In real life they may be nice people. If there are a handful of iwasbanned types lurking in here who can't piece together that my goal is to create a sitcom with poker as the sit, and ideally brighten people's days, then so be it. Darken away with your YOU SUCK! YOU'RE THE WORST! WHY ARE YOU EVEN HERE? diatribes, which you then love to follow up with chef's kiss gaslighting. If that's what fuels you instead of oxygen or Gatorade, so be it.

I'd just gotten used to people on here roasting me for my outdated pop culture references, which is 100% fair and brightens my day. To drone on about my Game Theory Suboptimal or tight poker play - not in a funny way, but in a that way? Fine. If it helps you sleep at night that I play fewer hands than you do, then maybe just unsubscribe. Or just keep it to yourself because it's clearly immaterial to what I'm doing. I read it as the literal, non-idiomatic use of the word. Perhaps my nuance meter needs to be recalibrated.

It does indeed, as a term for criticizing something is “hating” on it. Similarly, you can prop up something and “show it love” without being in literal love.

Most starting QBs have their large share of haters, but almost none of those persons actually hate them.
