Apparently in Las Vegas, the max unemployment is $483 plus the $300 weekly bonus so people are getting $783 a week or roughly $40K a year. PLUS they don't pay FICA on any of it and get the first $10K without any taxes at all (no federal taxes).

Until he gets more inheritance money from his mother passing, I don't think he'll have any sort of reserve in his bank account. Also, I'm not sure if there is another generation in the Trooper family so there won't be anyone to leave many sort of money to in theory, if any money did exist.

I can totally see Trooper being the kind of person who wouldn't leave anyone any money even if he did have some at passing. He seems so bitter and angry at everyone in the world.

LOL, Trooper is not an example of 4 hour work week. He does the exact opposite of the 80/20 principle in his life. He focuses on the unproductive 80 percent of his life that yields only 20 percent of his results. That is why he is always busy and the self described "hardest working" person in the world while never having any sort of progress or growth in his poker, YouTube, or anything else in his life.

Yeah, I'm not sure whose posts in this thread are more ridiculous, mrducks's or dream crusher's. The difference is that dream crusher is in on his own joke and knows he's trolling the board. Conversely, mrducks takes himself seriously while spouting psychobabble day in and day out, while in reality he's clueless but actually thinks he knows what he's talking about.

I'm pretty sure, if I were to guess, Trooper doesn't hate Las Vegas nor his life.
The negativity about other people just comes from his ultra right wing conservatism. Otherwise, aside from not being as successful at poker as I'm sure he'd want to be, he seems to have otherwise realized most of his goals.
He has a nice apartment; doesn't work for the man; lives in Vegas.
Despite not being rich, Trooper has a pretty good life.

And yes, I agree. DC's infatuation with Tooper is a little weird.
