No but fly to Seattle, rent car and cross with Driver's license and Birth certificate can be done within a week.

fwiw, it's only coming back south where you get hassled.

As a dual citizen, I needed to book an appointment with the US Consulate here in Vancouver about a month in advance when I went to apply earlier this year. After that appointment, I had to wait another two weeks before my passport arrived in the mail via Xpresspost (AKA, expedited courier).

So no, it's not possible.
