The Hellmuth/W/Condy picture took place last week.

Jungleman interview tilted the bejesus out of me. He might be a great player but thats where it ends.

NBC Heads-Up is March 4-6, so most of the field would be eliminated by Sunday for the Team PokerStars pros to play day 1b on Sunday if necessary.

Thanks for the coveted PokerCast Karma!

I also really enjoyed Steve's elegant comparison between Double or Nothing and Fifty/50, even though I don't play in either.

Good show good work guys,
You said again for at least the second time that jungleman and isildur don't respect each others game. Where did you hear this?

Possibly at a super bowl party. Didn't everyone see Condi sitting with W and with Harrison Ford etc at the game?

PS Great show. Thought Jungleman and Chewy were both a little curt with their responses--but Barry G delivered as always.

Obviously Sklansky committed a crime that someone else was convicted of and he is feeling guilty.

Getting the inside scoop to the Bellagio robbery was very interesting to say the least. One of my favorite interviews.

It feels like everyone is over-analysing this whole 70-mile prop bet stuff, I mean things like this have been going on for years. Gamblers gamble, and try to find whatever edge they can, or sometimes just for entertainment. If this happened 20 years ago and it was Huck Seed/Ted Forrest, it would just be a great story and no-one would be debating the ethics of it, now everyone has to have an opinion.

You must be on a level above me there, I have no idea what point you're making.

If poker/gambling talk shows existed 20 years ago, we probably would have talked about it then also.

also, I believe the quote above by onesandzeros is a Huck Seed reference but not certain.

He makes 6 new Sklansky minutes for each time you open a new 2+2 account. You're doing it to yourself inthepub5, aka wotutalkinabaaat aka inthepub5.0

Jungleman interview was painful. He was much more engaging and interesting when you had him on the summer.

It wasn't that bad. Compare it to the Durrrr interview awhile back when Dwan was eating or on a tournament break or something. That was painful.

Good show, but you messed up one of your Black Eyed Peas complaints. In Boom Boom Pow, they never say 2008 in the song, they say 3008, hence the futuristic tron-like theme of the whole thing.

Continue to hate them for all the other reasons you named.

LOL, I always thought it was 2008 too. Looked it up online and you're right. I bow to you BEP Fanboi-ism!

Liked just about everything in this weeks podcast, much like all the others.

but.......

Like everyone said, Cates interview was really bad, Mike and Adam did a good job but Cates was just horrible, he actually really didn't give a direct answer to any of the questions, like he was trying to hold stuff back, he didn't give much of an opinion, sounded like he didn't want to be there and mumbled the entire time - was pretty disappointed.

Sorry my first post in here was negative, but I really had to share my opinion! :-P

ps - I have liked every other show/interview or else you would of heard from me too.
